JJin NohFood from what i remembered before (previous stay) was better. Most of the food is mediocare. I hope they bring back the the abundance of food of Grand Kitchen as before. We had our dinner and breakfast there and was a bit disappointing. View from our rooms are okay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Manila's BGC business district, within walking distance to several shopping malls, making dining and shopping very convenient. The surrounding area is safe, and transportation is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff are warm, polite, and provide thoughtful and attentive service. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, with piercing motorcycle sounds at night, so the soundproofing could be improved.

KKeywen ShuThe location is excellent, right in BGC which feels very safe. There are plenty of malls, shopping, and dining options nearby, including many Chinese restaurants. Ordering takeout is also very convenient and quick. The environment is great, and they offer Chinese-speaking staff. Any requests are handled promptly. Plus, they even offer free airport transfers with your booking, which is a really thoughtful service.

That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine.
I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate.
This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter.
For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated.
One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors.
Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

AAnonymous UserWe were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations.
One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet.
In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for
Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

AAnonymous UserMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

GGuest UserAC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy.
Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure.
It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

I stayed here for a work trip and couldn’t be happier. The 1-bedroom suite was perfect—clean, quiet, and with fast WiFi. Having a kitchenette with an induction cooker was a huge plus for late-night meals. The 24-hour butler service via WeChat was super responsive and made everything easy.
The daily housekeeping and complimentary airport transfer made my trip stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting BGC for business!
