"В целом чистый и уютный отель! Приветливый персонал. Находится практически через улицу от железнодорожного вокзала. Очень не хватает чайника в номере и посуды минимальной. Чтобы попить чай - надо бегать на кухню постоянно. Это неудобно. И нет питьевой воды в бутылках."

"Всегда останавливаемся в Прага2 в УУ. Удобное расположение, полностью укомплектован. Современный дизайн. Замечательные завтраки. Отличная цена. Просьба не терять уровень. "很乾凈，這點很出乎我意料，比國內同等的酒店乾淨多了。酒店離火車站很近，步行可達。離公交車站也不遠，去列寧廣場的公交有很多趟。另外前台可以幫忙叫出租車，價格合理。早餐有好幾種，可以為客人量身定做，衹不過都是俄文，看不懂也翻譯不出來。如果酒店可以用圖片展示，讓客人一目瞭然選擇該多好。讀圖時代，酒店應該有這樣讓主客雙方都簡單不費勁的舉措。 續訂的房間已沒有了，衹能搬了一個三樓的房間，對於我們老年人來説，不太方便，尤其是最後退房時要搬大箱子。前台問我們要了每個箱子100盧布。前台説:她們馬上要裝電梯了。 最後要感謝一下前台的某個服務員，因為晚上洗澡水不太熱，她表示歉意並贈送了我們每人挺大一個冰淇淋蛋糕。"
