"The hotel has a modern style (you know, the kind used for filming). Minimalism, the colors... When I first walked in, I was delighted. And then I felt: everything seems great, but something's not right. It's cold. Not in terms of temperature, but in terms of vibe. Soulless.
However, it's really cool that the room is spacious. Lots of closets (though the hangers aren't quite convenient for me). Plenty of space, besides the bed, to hang out. 😁 There's an armchair and a soft chair. There's a desk, a small table, and a floor lamp. There's even a flashlight, but it didn't work. The bedside lamp on one side didn't work, and the other was dim.
Soft gray carpet. We only stayed one night, which was fine. But if we stayed longer, I'd probably want a non-carpeted floor. Or a super-cleaning service every day to keep dust out.
The balcony was secured with a safety catch, so we couldn't tell what kind it was. The refrigerator was empty. The bed is large and comfortable)) The gym is locked. You have to go to reception to open it. So-so.
Perhaps the vibe at the hotel isn't just the design, but also the people who work there. And perhaps I felt cold precisely because no one at reception smiled, wasn't welcoming, or friendly, either when I checked in or checked out. But they weren't mean either. Just cold.))
After almost four days on the train with my family, I wanted to experience something different. If you're just stopping by on a business trip, that's perfect. 👍
Oh, and another interesting thing: closer to checkout, music started playing (I assumed it was like an alarm clock. It played until we left the room). That wasn't great either."
