"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing 7-Night Stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. "I stayed at Deyar Al Eiman Hotel and had a generally good experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was fairly smooth. The room was clean, though a bit small, and the facilities were quite basic. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the taste was average. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for an affordable stay close to the المسجد النبوي, especially for convenience"

The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the hotel facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. "Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from."

"Trip.com described Sofitel as a leading premium hotel and we were so excited to give a try. But it turned out to be not quite accurate : 1. The hotel layout, its setting in particular the lobby area and reception is so small and does not exude any premium vibes. 2. The lifts, are also quite tiny and if a wheelchair user gets in, then it feels crowded already. 3. The room once we entered was not fully ready eg wrong name displayed on tv screen, bathrobe not hung as it should be, no towels etc etc. Pls refer to the pictures attached."

"The hotel is very close to the Haram. The services inside the hotel are excellent. However, the cleanliness is far below expectations. As for check-in, we were deceived; I had booked for an 11 AM check-in but wasn't allowed in before 3 PM. The reception staff told us that the hotel's policy differs from the website's, and we were the ones who suffered because of it. Therefore, next time I'll book directly with the hotel and not through a website. Wishing you all the best."

"The hotel is not too close to the Nabawi Mosque, but there are shuttle buses ready for every prayer time. Also, we found, an Indonesia's convinience store only minutes walk from the hotel which is provides food and other things from Indonesia...."
