We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.

С точки зрения атмосферы это, наверное, лучший бюджетный отель в Турции. И в самом номере, и во дворе было очень много любопытных деталей, превращающих обычный отель в сказочное место. Когда переступаешь через порог оранжевых ворот, на которых написано наименование отеля, видишь, что стены разукрашены цветами, птичками, деревьями. Повсюду стоят вазы с растениями и разные статуэтки в виде зверей, птиц, гномиков. На колоннах висят лампы, которые вечером создают уютную атмосферу. Вечером вообще очень здорово посидеть во дворе, тем более что в конце него есть диван с подушками. Также всегда можно выпить чашечку чая (есть разный на выбор) и кофе. В номере много милых деталей. Стены также украшены наклейками в виде птиц и растений, занавески в таком же стиле. У нас была картина с экзотической птицей, зеркало в деревянной раме, деревянный шкафчик с разноцветными вешалками внутри. В ванной стоял горшочек с искусственным растением. На многих ручках и поверхностях были рисунки в виде цветов. Из удобств: две бутылки воды, две салфетки со спиртом, на столике таблички с указанием всех каналов, которые есть на телевизоре и напоминанием о завтраке и выезде, чистое постельное бельё, полотенца, гигиенический набор (мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, ватные палочки). Правда предоставили только одну пару тапочек, но это не так важно. Кондиционер исправно работал, холодильник тоже был, но он нам не понадобился. К сожалению, в ванной был очень слабый напор воды, и температура плохо регулировалась. Мы останавливались на одну ночь, поэтому так и не обратили внимание персонала на эту проблему. Не знаю, актуально это только для второго номера или для всех остальных тоже. Не очень удачным нам показалось расположение номера, поскольку он был на первом этаже, и окно выходило на ресепшен. Хочется видеть красивый вид из окна, а не закрываться занавесками, но отель маленький, и только половина номеров располагается на втором этаже. Из небольшой территории стараются извлечь максимум пользы. В стоимость был включён шведский стол на завтрак. Предлагали много всего: картошку фри, омлет, варёные яйца, колбасу, сыр, овощи (помидоры, огурцы и авокадо), оливки, разные варенья, булочки, шпинат, арбуз и виноград. Также там были разные хлопья с молоком и много одноразовых добавок к хлебобулочным изделиям (сыр, джем, нутелла и т.д.). Когда мы пришли, всё было аккуратно закрыто либо крышками, либо пищевой плёнкой. Очень приятно было завтракать в таком месте. Расположение отеля отличное, он близок к пляжу и главным улицам Бодрума. В общем, уникальный отель с неповторимой атмосферой.

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave

Very good value-price relationship. Simple and with everything necessary to be a few days in Bodrum. Excellent location, beautiful patio to rest and very friendly attention. Very good option to travel alone or in couples

Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.

Just left the Labranda TMT hotel. What can I say, he certainly does not pull at 5 stars and close. I paid for two for 140 euros a day in early October 2025 and for that kind of money I, in principle, is not so offensive. It is more expensive. Immediately about the good - we accidentally got the best hotel room - a two -room room with two bathrooms and balconies, on the ground floor and a view of the sea (apparently there was an overbooking). The pool without heating and swim is very cold (we knew that). Water in the sea is warmer than the pool. Ponton is new, there are a lot of sun loungers, but of course almost everything in the morning is Met and occupy. SPA is one name, you should not count on it. One sauna warms up, the second room in the tile and stinks of mold. Hamam, whom I was looking forward to standing with an open door and there they will scrub and soap people for money, there is no couple at all. From the children's at the hotel, only 2 slides (work by the clock), a couple of tables in a restaurant, a non -room and miniDisko (children's food are not provided at all). We go to an important one - the hotel is ideal for vegorians! The meat can be found with great difficulty and then it will be a chicken or turkey. Once there were microde beefs in the mountain of stewed vegetables. Grill fish was overdried. Free potatoes and pasta, soda, rolls, chemical juices around the clock. I tried alcohol only beer (excellent) and white wine dry (my head fell ill). I didn’t dare anymore, I drank my proven rum. The waiters, the maids of all fellows, traditionally want money in the spa. I did not notice the animation in 4 days - only once there was charging in the pool, but very incendiary and karaoke in the evening. Music yells up to 23 hours stably, so the doors vibrate. They smoke everything and everywhere (as in the whole of Turkey). The contingent are ordinary ordinary people, more often not youth, many Poles, Germans, there are Russian ones (there were no instadards). The location is very good - we walked to the castle and back on foot. Near the hotel there is migros and shock. A taxi stand in front of the hotel. We left for the airport for 1600 lire. In general, if you are not tempted by chic hotels with seafood, animation and cocktails in the pool, then you will definitely like it.

WE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day. Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc) They also have some nice free activities during the day. Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better. The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill. They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done) Bad Stuff: The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER) The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up. A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us. THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted. They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see. When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.
