"Convenient location for tourists. Nearby is a large market, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, and a laundry. The staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and starts at 8:00 a.m. – delicious, but minimal. There's a beautiful pool area with lounge chairs. There's a washing machine and a shared water cooler. Inside, the room itself is unkempt and stale, with scuffed walls. Something isn't working or broken. It's uncomfortable, and there's not enough space for personal belongings. Suitable for a very short trip of a couple of nights."

"Loved our stay for 2 nights. The service was much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. The little things matter like waitresses checking every time your drink looked low and providing another and arranging archery for our boys even though we missed the designated time. Yassine in the animation was awesome getting the dancing going and constantly smiling. Food was good for an all inclusive and plenty to eat whatever time of day. We used the tennis courts and basketball courts and table tennis. Views are lovely and smart jetty’s over the water for sun bathing and decent small beach. Pool and sun bathing area is nice and clean."

"City hotel with a great location, in the very center of the city on a pedestrian street. Helpful staff, always ready to help. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, shampoo, shower gel and soap were always available, there are more than one pair of slippers in the room.
A very comfortable bed, there is a warm blanket, after sleep I felt rested and full of energy.
Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 standard Turkish breakfast of a city hotel, everything is fresh and there is enough of everything, there are even local pastries.
My room was on the third floor with a sitting area and a terrace, there is furniture on the terrace - a sofa, two armchairs and a table, in the evening a beautiful view of the bay opens from the terrace.
All day I explored the surroundings of Bodrum and in the evening it was nice to enjoy the evening coolness in a conversation on the terrace.
After a week's stay at the hotel, only warm memories and a desire to come back again remained. The only thing I missed was the lack of a clothes dryer on the terrace."

"It's the only hotel where I can truly enjoy a holiday. There's no hustle and bustle. It's a compact hotel with easy access to everything. The sea is wonderful when you enter from the pier. The beach side is rocky. However, the pier is facing the sea, and the pool is behind. We loved the food, and it was varied. It's a place I'd love to visit again. I recommend it to families with children. But if you're looking for entertainment, music, and evening parties, don't go; it won't meet your expectations."

"It was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space
Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant.
In all other aspects everything was good!
Would recommend and come again!"

"Disadvantages: The room is relatively small, and the supporting hardware is average and meets basic needs. The sink is small and there is no desk. There is no place to store skin care products and cosmetics. The lighting is also not good, so I can’t see my face clearly with makeup on.

"Front desk: I have been to so many countries and stayed in so many hotels, but I have never encountered such a warm front desk. I forgot the name of the lady who checked me in and the lobby manager, but they were very nice and gave me a lot of advice. A little tidbit is that there was also a local football team staying there at the time, and we chatted for a while and it was fun.
Room: Very clean and beautiful, it is said to be renovated. The Aegean Sea is stunning when you look out the window!
Breakfast: OK, the boiled eggs are surprisingly delicious😂😂
Beach club: The hotel has its own beach, which requires a shuttle bus, but it is very good and the service is very thoughtful.
The hotel is on the mountain, and when I arrived, I found that it seemed difficult to get a taxi everywhere in Bodrum. Maybe this city itself is more suitable for self-driving. I regretted returning the car at the airport😅"

MMiladOne of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

SSlow travelerThe hotel/apartment was absolutely phenomenal! It had very modern facilities and amenities. It was a clean and modern apartment. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows and quiet at night. Very nice shower. I loved the use of the oven in the kitchen as well as the washing machine in the bathroom. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. I had a lovely view from my porch. It is a bit of a hike to get down the hill to the closest grocery store and then to bring your groceries back up. Another disadvantage of the location is that it is difficult to get a ride from their local rideshare app. However, there are taxis in the area. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and friendly!

Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. GGuest UserPhenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Perfect stay at Bodrum

AAnastasiiaThe hotel location is excellent. Literally a minute and you are on the beach. The hotel itself is very cozy, clean. It was quiet at night. The mattress is hard, but for me this is what you need. If you choose for the future, then this is definitely the ideal option. The only thing is that the water in the shower was a bit cold for me.
Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

..Elena.The hotel was booked for 1 night because they were travelling. Location super, 3 minutes to the sea, in the very center, opposite the cafe, next door the SOK store building. Very beautiful yard, stylish.
The rooms are small, but everything is so conveniently arranged and everything is. You can ask for a tug on the respiratory. The room is clean. Not hot, the air conditioner has not even used, the rooms are light, not pressing. There is a parking, without it is certainly problematic, as the center, for us was also an important moment.
