1. Unable to sleep due to mosquitoes. I stayed three nights, and mosquitoes plagued two of them, making it impossible to sleep at all. Despite being a local five-star hotel, the rooms weren't even on high floors, and they didn't have window screens. Every time the hotel staff finished cleaning, they opened both windows to their maximum, resulting in mosquitoes every night and disrupting my sleep. 2. Poor facilities. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everyone talking in the hallway, affecting my sleep. The showerhead was dirty and had years of grime and water stains. 3. Slow service response. When I called the front desk to ask if they had electric mosquito swatters, they replied within seconds that they didn't! When I called for water delivery, it took over half an hour for it to arrive. It's advertised as a local five-star hotel, but it's actually worse than a regular chain hotel. Think twice before staying here!

The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was fast. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious with good natural light, and the facilities were complete. The environment was also great. Parking was convenient, and there were many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
