I've been on a business trip in Puning for a few months now, and I always stay here. The front desk ladies are all very polite, especially the one on May 18th around 6 PM. The other one, who I think works the morning shift, wasn't there, but both front desk ladies are very enthusiastic. They brought me mung bean soup and 'goodnight milk.' And because I had trouble with my legs due to gout, they even offered to have the housekeeping staff pick up my laundry from my door to wash it for me.
I like the style of the hotel very much. The environment is elegant, the service at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the equipment and facilities are complete, and the parking lot is large [smile]. It is cost-effective.
Service: The service is very good, patiently explain the whole process
Environment: all aspects are very clean and look very high-end
Hygienic: The toilet is very clean and the sheets are very tidy
Facilities: There are many welcome hotels in it
The hotel is located in a bustling downtown area, has its own parking lot, and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and eateries, making it convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic; overall, the stay was quite pleasant.
