The long walk around the lake is gorgeous and relaxing. There’s a stellar playground for kiddies, basketball court, and several cantilevered decks over the water with benches for enjoying the view. It’s a quick 10 minute zip over to Olde Town Arvada for downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping to enjoy, as well as just 20 minutes to Denver, Boulder, Golden, or Red Rocks.
