Domia Boutique Hotel made it was one of the most pleasant stays. The intimate environment was cozy with minimalistic style. The rooms were squicky clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the front desk was friendly and took great care of the guests. Breakfast and lunch were outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious. The swimming pool was a life saver during the hot summer days. I would stay at Domia again and would recommend to others.
The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the terminal, the facilities that have been renovated recently are good, and the kindness of the managers is especially extreme.
The location itself is too far from Korea, so it's hard to come unless it's a special thing, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I want to stay again.
The only downside is that the water in the shower room is not properly guided, so the humidity of the whole room is high. Instead, there is a ondol that is difficult to find in Europe near the bathroom.
We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise.
Looking at what was advertised for the hotel was different to the actual place. We arrived at midnight and no services were available. After exiting the lift, the 7th floor was indescribable. The air-conditioning unit that i passed on the way to the room looked like a bomb had hit it. Upon entering the room it was total disappointment. I went to plug in my phone and the wall unit just fell apart. Electrically quite dangerous. Upon placing my head on the pillow after a long day travelling the loud music from the street kept me awake but eventually i fell asleep. The saving grace was in the morning, where the breakfast catered for most people. Then the rush for a bed by the pool was on. Remember to take a cap with you as this is required to enter the pool. Apart from having the slowest lifts in palamero im sure for the price there are other more suitable properties.
