"I was moved from the 4th floor to the 17th floor because the noise on the 4th floor was like a resonant air conditioning duct, and even turning off the AC didn't help. It made my heart race; it was extremely uncomfortable. Actually, I could hear it when checking in on the ground floor, but it was exceptionally noisy on the 4th floor, a low-frequency type of noise. After moving to the 17th floor, the noise was from outside, and I couldn't believe it was as noisy as sleeping on the street. The hotel service was good, but the hardware issues can't be changed. If you are sensitive to noise, this hotel is not suitable for you. The rooftop dining environment is very good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but the city's public safety is just average, so it's advisable not to go out at night."
