Igal NessI had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Let’s Go Solo! One of the best hotel chains. I love that it is green and environmentally conscious. They have water towers on every floor and jugs in the room to get water. Beds are really soft and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has a lot of unique decor and lots of areas for you to sit. You can get free tea and coffee downstairs. This hotel was near all the areas you need and easy to walk where needed. Definitely recommend.

Guest UserWe absolutely loved Novotel! The location is superb: a 10-minute walk to major attractions, and the metro is just 2 minutes away. Yet, the hotel itself is situated on quiet streets, with no tourist crowds or car horns – absolute silence (we have something to compare it to in Tbilisi).
The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
The breakfast is varied, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruits.
The staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful.
The cleaning is excellent – everything is very clean and tidy.
Next time we're in Tbilisi, we'll choose this hotel again.

Guest UserPerfect for young travelers! The decor is super modern and stylish. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and they even provided free bottled water and complimentary breakfast. Plus, there's a fantastic local restaurant right downstairs – highly recommend checking it out!

BooseThe renovation isn't new, the room wasn't smoky, but it was noisy. The first two nights were quiet, then it became a nightmare. Especially around 4 AM, there was an incredibly loud noise from a garbage truck or something similar. I asked the reception to check if the window had been broken during cleaning, but nothing was ever fixed.
The advertised king-size bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Even the mattresses weren't shared; each bed had its own.
There was a card on the nightstand that you had to leave on the bed to get the sheets changed. But it was hit-or-miss: one time I left it, and nothing was changed, they didn't even make the bed completely. The next day I left it again, and they did change them. This was noticeable because the duvet cover had a rather impressive grease stain from a squashed moth, the presence of which, by the way, was also not great.
Dental kits had to be requested daily at reception. Why can't they be replenished during cleaning if a request has already been made and the staff can see they've been used? Management will probably come up with an excuse, but for the customer, it's incredibly inconvenient. I've never encountered anything like it before.

WoyougexiaohuluThis hotel is located by the river and boasts a beautiful interior, excellent facilities, and stunning views. From the room windows, you can overlook most of the city. It's incredibly convenient to go downstairs for meals or to visit attractions. Transportation is also very accessible; a bus stop is just about a 5-minute walk away, where you can pay with a credit card to get to the airport – cheap and convenient.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Museum Hotel Tbilisi. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions of Old Tbilisi. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The combination of historical atmosphere with modern comfort makes this hotel special. If we return to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects.
There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable.
My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone.
It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting.
The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests.
On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel.
The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.
