Bedroom #4 is the kids bedroom with two twin trundle beds and a separate queen size bed. The lower level also has the laundry room, a full bathroom and family room with a queen sofa sleeper, private entrance and patio over looking the lake. There are large flat screen TVs in every room but the main level bedroom.This beauty will sleep 10 +.Baxter Marina and cove is known for the best fishing on Table Rock, Its quite and has easy access just across the street! The boat launch, a swim beach and daily docks rentals are available for rent by the day or by the month are literally a 100 feet from the house.The pool is just steps away and is open May 15 to October 1, (weather permitting).During the summer months the Baxter Marina offers a small outdoor eating area where they serve, shrimp, burgers, hot dogs and salads. Its a great way to have lunch on the dock and enjoy the scenery.There are fun trails to hike around our place or ride your bike. Dogwood Canyon park is 6.2 miles from our house and is a MUST SEE!
