Very Good
BBOVery general, the price is not high. First of all, there is no restaurant nearby. We don’t know which predecessor said that the store will produce delicious soba noodles. ! Secondly, the sound insulation is particularly bad, plus we stayed in the next night, 12 young men (the names on the doors of both rooms, I counted, one six, add up to twelve) and sipped at two in the morning. Drunk, open a party in the room. I am angered, directly slammed the door, the Chinese, English and Japanese three words together, went downstairs to call the doorkeeper uncle. Finally, I can't communicate. The front desk and I also hold the same kind of translation, and talk to each other.
GGuest UserThe air conditioning in some rooms was quite old and problematic; it either made strange noises or triggered allergies as soon as it was turned on. However, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with two room changes. In particular, a young man and a young lady were exceptionally kind and attentive – their service was so outstanding it almost made me feel embarrassed.
118 years old next yearVery happy with the reception staff and facilities here. When we first walked in, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel at home. Not only did they quickly check us in, they also patiently introduced the hotel's facilities to us, making our journey full of anticipation.
The hotel's facilities are also very good, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the decoration is modern and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, clean and tidy, making it a relaxing and pleasant experience.
The only drawback is that the hotel's air conditioning exhaust duct has a resonant sound, which makes it difficult for people to rest peacefully.
GGuest UserSince you are traveling by car, you don’t have to be near public transportation. But the location of the hotel is pretty good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the famous Genghis Khan Barbeque for dinner. When I was driving to leave the next day, I discovered that there was a convenience store on the other side of the corner. ⋯I went to a hotel far away the night before, haha
GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights towards the end of our Hokkaido trip. We called ahead to arrange parking for our rental car, and the staff member we spoke with was incredibly helpful and pleasant over the phone, ensuring a smooth parking experience. While the hotel itself is a bit dated, we found it to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
Happy hour offered complimentary drinks and curry rice. We immediately toasted with beer, followed by a satisfying curry rice to round it off! The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options, and we were very satisfied!
We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever return to Asahikawa! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserActually, many aspects are good. The problem is that some points are too low. For example, the kettle is made of pure plastic, and it feels like it will melt while burning, and the wires are exposed. For example, there is no restaurant for breakfast, and you have to eat in the open space at the front desk. There are many guests, but few tables and chairs. A round table has 3 chairs. In most cases, you have to share a table to eat breakfast. There are only a few tables in total, and you have to queue up. It's really embarrassing. The interior decoration has been transformed into a normal business hotel, but the *silk spirit is still implemented in a few places. It's not worth it.
GGuest UserA hot spring facility in Asahikawa. It was comfortable and I had a very good stay. The staff were also kind. I visited on a trip, but I would definitely use it again if I visit Asahikawa again.
TT-TaiAlthough the staff's English is not very good, their service attitude is also good! But the hotel didn't even provide drinking water! Covered parking available! No need to worry about shoveling snow! The room is different from the photo, but it's OK! It’s a short drive from the zoo! It’s quite convenient!
CCHUNLEIDid not eat breakfast, should not be able to add an extra bed, can take children, the hotel location is general, no car is not recommended. There is free parking.
