"The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures."

"Very nice facility. Unfortunate to have a power outage in the region due to a wildfire near the town. Understandable, but the breakfast was cut short by even after the power came back on about 45 minutes before scheduled end at 10am."

"My husband and I were really amazed by the view from our room window. The room was very clean and had a luxurious feel and ambiance. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was also really delicious. However, the restroom in the restaurant seemed a bit poorly maintained and didn’t feel as clean or fresh."

"Check in was a breeze with self service coffee and tea station at their reception. They provide some useful tips around the area and a map for reference. We stayed on the second floor which I don't recommend if you are carrying big luggages. Try to get first floor for convenience since the view is still great. Parking is free for hotel guests right at door step and widely available. Coin machines ain't working during my stay (tho reception lady claimed it was working during check in). Had to make a run all the way back to the counter to get coins changed (laundry room and reception isn't even that exactly near). Washer didn't even spin dry my clothes during wash mode and I had to wash twice before | throw it into the dryer. Costs about $2-3 each time."

"The most satisfying of the four canyon accommodations. If I had to pick a weak point, it would be that the room is a bit small. The garden in front of the hotel is the jewel of this hotel. The hotel restaurant is also good, but the taste varies depending on the day. I ate the omelette twice, on the first and second days, but the taste on the second day was not so good. But overall, it was good."

"We had a beautiful stay in the Driftwood Lodge and we felt very well there. The location is dreamy, the atmosphere is relaxed and the entire facility is very beautiful and maintained. Our room was cozy and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to turn off and enjoy – we would definitely come back!"

"Caution NO Air conditioning. Very hot in the rooms. They have a noisy box fan. But that didn't help. The bar closes at 9pm"

"This hotel is conveniently located on the park's shuttle route. It's clean and comfortable, with a spacious, well-lit lobby. Whether you're inside the hotel or sitting on the balcony, you immediately feel relaxed and happy. It's also super convenient for getting into the national park; you can park your car at the hotel and avoid the park's crowded parking areas."
