GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the fatigue of the journey was relieved when I lay down. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the water pressure is also very suitable, the quality of the toiletries is good, with a faint fragrance.
The breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is very good, especially the freshly made noodles, the master craftsmanship is superb. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, not far from the subway station and the business district, travel and shopping are very convenient.
In short, no matter the service, environment or cost-effectiveness, I will choose this one next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

When I arrived, the room was not cleaned yet, the front desk directly gave us three hot spring tickets to go to the hot spring first, and arranged a shuttle bus, which is actually only a hundred meters away. Because we had children, we were given free breakfast and hot spring tickets. Just for this service, I renewed my reservation for another night without saying a word. GGuest UserI was traveling independently during the Spring Festival, and this hot spring hotel was the one I was most looking forward to, but the actual experience was quite poor. The hot spring didn't feel like an authentic hot spring. The outdoor hot spring would be very cold if the temperature was below 15°C. The so-called private hot spring rooms were just bathtubs connected to the hot spring, which didn't really qualify as private hot springs; you could only soak in hot water. The changing room was a complete mess.
