INDEMNIFICATION. Owners shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the ‎Guests or to the Guests’ personal property located upon the Property, including (without ‎limitation) all furniture, fixtures and equipment, except in the event of Owners’ gross ‎negligence or willful misconduct, and Guests hereby agree to indemnify, defend, protect, save ‎and hold the Property and Owners harmless from and against any and all claims or assertions of ‎every kind and nature arising as a result of the use of the Property by Guests.
