The hotel environment is very pleasant and spacious, offering good views. It's also conveniently located for reaching other places. The availability of amenities like a washing machine and dryer made it easy for us to keep clean during our trip. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent. It would have been even better if there were USB or Type-C chargers available. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Thank you!

(CNY stay with my 7mo baby) I'm sorry, but I originally intended to complain about the long queue for breakfast. However, I changed my mind after observing how friendly the waitresses were, even though they were very busy. Unfortunately, one disappointing encounter with the room service staff made me leave a negative review. When I called the room service and asked for help in freezing my ice pack so that I could store my breastmilk in the car when I travel back home, the staff member told me that there was a chiller in the room. I explained that the chiller couldn't freeze the ice pack, so I needed the hotel's assistance. To my surprise, the staff member asked me to pack the ice pack nicely and bring it down to reception. It was already 10:30 pm, and I was in my pajamas with my 7-month-old baby. I had to wake her up and carry the ice pack all the way down to reception. In addition to this negative experience, I also had to queue for breakfast with my baby on both days. I thought that they should open a hall if there weren't enough tables for the guests, but the waitresses were still friendly and welcoming, even though they didn't have a baby chair for the first 10 minutes. Despite this, I never thought of leaving a bad review. I was disappointed and saddened when I had to walk all the way down to reception at night with a baby, and I don't think that guests should have to do that.

Hotel room is spacious with nice mountain views. However the cleanliness can be improved. The floor wasn't vacuum and I could see many strands of hair. Location is not so ideal as there are no nearby coffee shops (only 2 restaurants) but it was easy to get grab and go into the town area for meals. Service is okay. One positive highlight is the private driver Mr Wasu that the hotel reception recommended us for the day trip to Cameron Highlands. The driver is very reliable and friendly and we enjoyed our tour very much! High recommended to request for his day tour package if you wanna go up to Cameron Highlands!

We are staying at 207 family suite. While out from lift at 2nd floor was no aircon on the public area. The room shower room the hole for water release was slow. And socket was not enough for staying for 3 persons

hi there. Ive been there last weekend and a bit late fr check in but thats not a big deal because the check in process is so smooth and tip top. room and bathroom is convenient. I got hilly scenics view fr my room love my morning view to seen that. I really love the breakfast buffet really wonderful a lot choices from bread to sweet and u have 2 section which is the western n eastern menu. n i really like the idea beverages also has a lot choices n i love so much roti jala n masala tea really delicious. n swimming pool area provided fr kids and adult. n what i love the most is kinta riverfront is near n accessible to town area. located near the river and i love walk thru d river so nice and breathtaking view. they has a lot activities at night wh some market n few restaurant. the hotel got 7e and japanese restaurant cuisine which located near lobby. i loved staying here and definitely will repeat soon.
