The hotel is quite far from the main tourist spots, near the fresh market. The location of the hotel is close to the transportation company. It should be a good hotel about 30-40 years ago. The room is spacious, has air conditioning but no remote control to adjust the temperature. The housekeeper doesn't clean the bathroom floor well, there are black, slippery stains. There is no water spray. The water heater is in good condition, the shower is good. The bed sheet is very old with 2 holes from cigarettes. There is no drinking water, you have to buy it. The room price is not high.

The hotel room is clean and comfortable- I even extended another night of stay. The staffs are all friendly and helpful.

The room quite big. Not in the prime area. The amenities is worth with the price. The staff is friendly. They don’t have kettle in room but you can request hot water they will provide you a hot water in flush. They have own parking with 24hr cctv monitoring.

Near town centre, walking distance to old town and new town, very convenient.

I have booked numerous hotels, but this is the first time I give a bad review!! It is extremely old, there is no room card, and the door is opened with a traditional key. I was shocked when I opened the room, as if I had come to a guesthouse in the 1990s, and the sanitary conditions were not good. There were only two sockets in the farthest corner of the room (I brought my own adapter). The air conditioner remote control required a deposit, which was too outrageous, and the water heater kept buzzing and leaking!! I couldn't live here anymore and applied for a check-out. I would rather lose money than stay!! Don't choose this hotel when you come to Ipoh!! Whoever chooses this hotel will cry.

Very poor, poor cleaning, you have to pay RM4 to get a toothbrush, you have to pay for the remote control of the air conditioner, there is no water provided, the shower water is not hot, don’t be greedy, otherwise you will regret it😡

The mattress is not clean and is very poor. The location is not that good.

Food and drinks are not provided. The staff has a good attitude. The room is bright and clean. The windows are large and the air circulation is good. It is not far from the center to eat and drink. I am satisfied! I will choose to stay here again when I come to Ipoh.

The blanket is not clean. Lots of hair. There are a lot of cockroaches in the room & bathroom. Big room.
