Not much complains about this hotel. Pretty basic and clean. However my only complain is the towel which is a bit old and have stains.

Hotel is clean. However if all rooms come with windows would be good. I booked two rooms, both with no windows, it gets worse when the rooms are painted black, one can imagine how dark the room gets after light off!

Extended my stay here. They approved my request to stay at the same room. Staff was really nice. They have immaculately clean my room, changed my towels and leave the room spotless. No complaint at all from me. The cons just, they do not have iron inside the room.

We arrived here so late at night but the receptionist is still available for check in. I booked 2 rooms and we were happy the room is clean and comfortable even with no windows. Very satisfying. Our Utara trip was so much fun

Generally okay the location near with ipoh town. Smooth check in and check out process. Good customer service.
The only discomfort is the sink .
