So the hotel was pretty good. Check in was smooth. The room was clean. They cleaned the room daily and refresh water bottles. No complaints. The surrounding area was a bit quiet. But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.

All was good but there was some blood or stain i dunno. Looks like blood. Dont know if they wash the matress before. Mybe the blood was previous customer and they didn wash it.

A bit of sleepless night as the pillows are too soft for us. The location bit bit far from the main city. Overall is good, just public holiday expensive bit

We are staying at 207 family suite. While out from lift at 2nd floor was no aircon on the public area. The room shower room the hole for water release was slow. And socket was not enough for staying for 3 persons

The place is nice,chic and different. If you're not Malaysian prepare to bring a charging adapter coz their sockets are different.

Bad smell in the room. Aircon terribly bad, water dripping, not cold. Room 210 must nit stay. I used to always stay at merton if i come to ipoh, now after this bad experience, will not stay here again.

The staff is friendly and location is strategic. The price is abit too high for room condition. The door is abit stuck and toilets is mouldy and leaking as well as the chair is broken.
The room style is nice. It could be better if provide towel ad floor mats.

Nice location. Near to nature. Our toilet is a bjt of problem. Water pound at the WC area. Doesnt go down to the downpipe.
