Pros: close to city centre, spacious room, affordable price. Has free basement car parks but limited especially when back late but guard is helpful to find extra car park. Cons: room is dark with limited lighting - hard for me to do make up. floor is a little dusty & would prefer carpeted floor. Bed linen a little smell but appear clean. Small swimming pool beside the car park.

Room was spacious for single person, it was clean and air cond was strong enough. Bed is comfy but sound proof can be better. Can have a few more lights as some corners can be a bit dim.

My family had an event in Travelodge Ipoh so we decided to check in hotel since my mother is on wheelchair. Upon checking in, I didn’t assign with the wheelchair accessible room as per requested thru my booking but fortunately the hotel staff assigned us with the room near the elevator also gave us extra chair for my mother’s convenience. Our room is big with sofa bed, clean and comfortable with someone on wheelchair. The toilet also nice and clean, complete with toiletries set. The breakfast spread is quite delicious and varieties. The parking lot is limited if there is any event but enough for hotel guests. Overall, it is an amazing staycation!

A nice hotel and with excellent services provided.It provided International breakfast buffet. Worth to stay overnight.

The room is excellent. It is very big. I requested for no housekeeping but they provide toiletries swiftly whenever I asked. The curtains may need a bit of cleaning though. The shower does not provide a space to put my own toiletries so I improvised. The biggest plus point is the room service. The food is so so good. I ordered every night for supper.

Live this hotel. Have always stayed here whenever we go to Ipoh. Clean, good location and spacious room.

Hotel room is spacious with nice mountain views. However the cleanliness can be improved. The floor wasn't vacuum and I could see many strands of hair. Location is not so ideal as there are no nearby coffee shops (only 2 restaurants) but it was easy to get grab and go into the town area for meals. Service is okay. One positive highlight is the private driver Mr Wasu that the hotel reception recommended us for the day trip to Cameron Highlands. The driver is very reliable and friendly and we enjoyed our tour very much! High recommended to request for his day tour package if you wanna go up to Cameron Highlands!

Booked here for quick stop after our Penang trip. There was a convention going on so lots of people and cars when we drove in. The indoor car park was very tight and limited to one floor only. Even the outdoor parking was full, so we had to settle for roadside parking temporarily. Check-in was efficient. While the hotel room was already paid via Trip.com, the reception took a RM50 refundable deposit for incidentals – the other hotels that we booked for this trip did not hold any deposit. The room was large, lighting well placed, and AC was strong, but both beds had a horrible smell. Had to call reception to change all the sheets, which was done relatively fast. Not much to eat around there, so we drove out for dinner and came back to less congested parking. The security guard was helpful to get us a parking bay outdoors because our large vehicle was challenged with the tight basement parking. Breakfast option was actually a good spread. But disappointingly the food and coffee were not kept hot; at best lukewarm. Even the soft-boiled eggs were not done properly. Overall, a nice hotel with good service staff, marred by bad smelling sheets, limited parking and cold food/coffee.

Clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed a good night rest as bed and pillow is very comfortable, and place is quiet.

It was amazing. I would praise the hotel staff above all. They are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely come back. The room was clean, amenities complete and the food was so good! The only thing was the AC was so freezing cold despite set to 29'c but that's a small matter. Please keep it up and this is one of the best midrange hotel that I've been too. Will stay again!

Is a pleasant stay in Travelodge. The room is big for Queen , clean and neatly organised. Majority of the attractions are near but near to drive. There are no nearby restaurants . You can have your meal in the hotel or drive to nearby restaurants. Malls are only 5 mins drive. Will recommend this hotel . Suggest to put KING size bed instead of QUEEN since the room is very spacious. There is also laundry room which you can purchase from the reception area. RM10 each for washing and dryer . Breakfast was ok.

Checking-in was smooth. All done with five minutes. The room is spacious and clean. I like the fact they have a filtered water dispenser on each floor. A pitcher is provided in the room for you to get your drinking water. Good for the environment. It would be great if the hotel can also provide hand towels too.

Hotel so clean and worth it to stay. Will choose this hotel again in the future.

Prime location, Easy access to nice restaurants not too far from our hotel. Rooms are quite clean, best part is floor is wooden floor and not carpet. Bed was quite comfortable. Nice view from our room. Unblocked view .
