Impiana Hotel Ipoh Reviews

Upon check-in around 2.30pm the staff is trying his best to allocate the room and after 25 minutes he managed. We park our car outside on the street road infront of hotel. The room was clean and comfortable (housekeeping done a Good Job!). In the evenings around 4pm we went out to had our late lunch and stop by FO counter and inform staff ( 1 girl staff ) get the Engineering staff to check my bathroom shower water pressure is so slow. When we reach our car I have caught to a surprise that I have been summoned by MBI !! ( I do not encounter that the FO staff told me to park inside as I only many cars parked outside and assumed we park outside!! When we came back around 5.30pm and I asked her if the water pressure has been done?.. she answered ( oh must do now ke) means this is not done! The next morning breakfast was So/So!! Salad Bar was terrible ( lettuce is not fresh - omelette only prepared with onions - cheese - mushroom) should the Chef consider to also have few others choices like capsicum (3 different )- spring onion. Nasi Lemak ( Ikan Bilis is so tough - I believe that Ipoh is near to setiawan where can get good anchovies). Outside at Veranda- the blind is just at the food counter side and how about the tables for guests? We left open without blinds and open to the sun and few guests run inside course of hot sun and they are with small kids. Coffee machine was Off at 10.am and breakfast over at 10.30am.. Overall- the Head Chef should check the Food Standard & Quality! This is important for the hotel reputations. Why we stayed at Impiana Hotel Ipoh?? Because it is only few Good Hotel in Ipoh and should be the same Standard as Impiana KLCC. Please look into this and we may visit again in July for few nights. Sincerely Thank You.

Please close your swimming pool and do a renovation. My son twice bleeding due to poor tiles condition.

One of our preferred hotel with good breakfast,the room was nice and comfy. My kid love to play at the pool.

I would personally say that the service this time was good though at first when we got there we had to wait as there were people ahead of us at the check in. First and foremost, the room was good as it had a good view. Besides that, the room provided a good entertaimet tool being the televison and television channel, netflix and youtube. Other than that, the hospitality from the bellboy was also exellent with their good service.

The hotel must upgrade their fasilities. Its confortable to stay but if the management upgrade much more better to stay.

Just spending time in Ipoh due some errands. Location ok, peace. The hospitality ok. Food also ok. Since ramadhan month, not much choice to have. However, no promotion for guest stay for iftar. Too bad

I booked this hotel at a very reasonable price, considering its location, facilities and comfort. It is strategically located near some popular makan places (about 5 mins drive away) like tong shui street, main town where they sell popular chicken rice, souvenir shops and pasar malam. The room was clean and neat, comes with a bath tub! Had a comforting bath after a compact day in Ipoh. Basement parking was free. I would recommend this to friends and anyone who wants comfort stay and convenient when travel.

Room size fair with the price but the carpet look old. Aircon not enough cold even already set to highest where the remote is very old style.. Toilet will have cooking smelt if downstairs got ppl cook. There are construction on going nearby hotel.. so quite noisy... There are outdoor swimming pool behind the hotel restaurant.

Hotel standard not up to the star rating. Car park is scary and look *******. Room and hotel not well maintain and the toilet glass door is very dangerous. During check in or room service menu should let us know room service last call timing.

Its a hotel that I want to repeat staying. The staf is very accomodative and helpful (I had a good experience with a staf named Villa). Room is spacious although looks old and the food spread is tasty and delicious. 👍👍
