The amenities could be improved by adding toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is not 100% sound proof.

Hotel near the city..lotus just opposite from the hotel..and near the tom yam shop..just enjoy the stay and all was good

Can tell the hotel is quite new and very clean. A bit far from the town but is acceptable.

The room is clean, and the general supplies are complete, including a hot water kettle and coffee supply. However, the bathroom supplies are not complete, and there are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, etc. The air conditioner is a bit old and needs warm-up time, which is the level of a three-star hotel.  Not recommended for those who don’t drive by themselves. There are only a few restaurants and a shopping center nearby, but there are no attractions that can be reached on foot.

Clean room. Comfortable. Strategic location. Near the lotus. Only the room is not sound proof. People outside the room can hear the voices inside the room.

The Indian waitress at the front desk had a very bad attitude. I checked out and gave her a card and deposit receipt. Then I walked left and waited for 10 minutes. Then I rang the bell and she came out to ask what was going on. My friend checked out and he was like that again. . . All in all, the name of the hotel is different from the actual one shown on trip.com. The reviews are so fake and some of the bed sheets have bloody stains. I am very disappointed. I recommend blacklisting this hotel on trip.com.
