Nice hotel,good CS,yummy breakfast,near the center,will come back soon

The facilities were clean, the location was good, the bar, food, and atmosphere were good. The female staff wasn't very friendly when I checked out. I didn't feel good.

The room was OK, but the hygiene was poor. The bath towels were dirty. The room was not cleaned for two days.

The room was very nice and the view was great! Unfortunately, I booked a room with a kitchen. The microwave didn't work and the button said it was locked.

It’s the first time I’ve encountered such a poor hotel after staying in a hotel for decades. I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 p.m. and told the front desk that I hope to arrange a high-level executive, because I can only check in at 4:00 p.m. After waiting for nearly two hours, I still gave it to me when I checked in 2nd floor is arranged, the reason is unknown; let’s live on the 2nd floor, but it’s not available in other places; the TV remote control is not available, and it took 2 calls to deliver it, and there is no hair dryer. The child’s hair is wet after washing, and the air conditioner is completely on strike. It’s bad. In California, the air conditioner is not working. I had to use the sauna all night. I don’t know how the Marriott brand exists in Irving. I’ve lived in a Marriott in Boston and it’s very good, but this Irving Marriott is disappointing!

It's very close to a friend's house. The hotel is convenient for traveling in the business district. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is especially good. The avocado is very fresh.

The room is spacious and clean with basic facilities. Lying on the couch in front of the window, flipping through the phone and reading a book, the outside scenery is pretty good. The standard breakfast of 18 US dollars is a slightly different set meal, with eggs, bread or sandwiches, some vegetables and fruits, and drinks. The service attitude of the staff is very good, and they are eager to help those of us who only speak English in bulk.
