Worst stay ever I had on business trip! Checked in late Wednesday night on 7/6/22 around 10.30 PM CDT for a 1 week stay, checked-in room#225, checked the allocated room immediately requested guy on front desk to change the room as it was very small room and does not have space to put two bags other than on bed. Front end desk guy was very rude and rejected the request, no curtesy for customer travelling from internationally late night with the luggage, god knows if they have spare room or not but he was very rude. evening of 11th July he asked me you are staying in 225 and your company is paying for your expenses, take highspeed paid internet to resolve the issue and my all three devices are not working and their internet is perfect for which i have raised issue and their customer care accepted that there is some problem. Since next day i have been complaining about Wifi, Surely will never recommend anyone to stay here. Hotel wifi does not work and they will ask you to follow up with their internet provider and waste your hours to resolve Wifi issue, wasterd hours with their IT support, raised mutliple tickets with internet provider but problem not resolved even after mutliple ticket and some stupid restart your laptop and try type solution. Front desk is worst! they are not bothered for any issue and customer has to followup on its own if something is not working. Dont think about using vending machine here, swiped my debit card for water bottle $2 but deducted but nothing came out of it! Breakfast is also same with limited option everyday! Avoid staying here other than room serice to take trash this hotel offers nothing!
