Everything was great only wish they had USB ports for chargers in the room.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude gave me a card that didn’t even work on my door. The hotel room is in dire need of updating plumbing is bad the bathrooms look like something from 1970 light sockets falling out of the wall

The place is beautiful, but I will never be back. The service was beyond slow and the front desk ladies were rude and over worked. I feel bad for them having to deal with the lack of organization.

We booked a room over the phone 2-3 days prior to arriving. Once we arrived they said there was no available rooms even though we reserved it. Then instead of giving us two queens like we asked they only had kings which we were traveling with 5 people. Once we got to our room the beds were not cleaned. There was trash on the floor and once we pulled the couch out there was a small roach that came crawling out. Everything about this place was a disaster!

Air wouldn't cool lower than 75 degrees. Informed front desk. Their solution was to bring me a box fan. Heat index was well over 109. I knew I was only there for one night, so I agreed. Problem is no one brought a fan. Hotel is very old and need serious updates. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Will be contacting them for a refund.

The toilet kept filling up to the brim while flushing and after the maintenance engineer finally showed up after multiple calls to the front desk and assured me it was working and that’s how apparently it worked there. The next morning the toilet became stopped up after the morning “deposit” and we had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come up with a plunger. All while worrying that one of my 3 kids would have to go while the toilet was out of order. I spent so much time making phone calls to the front desk and waiting on maintenance that it made me run late to the activities I was planning to do in the Dallas area. There were no towels in the pool area and we had to walk to the front desk 5 different times to ask for some and then one of our friends just having to stand there until someone in housekeeping showed up with a stack. The quality of the pool towels and bath towels is rags at the most. The hotel is in a terrible shape with paint peeling and rust everywhere on pipes. The water in the pool is murky. Water pooling on the pool deck with drains in the deck not draining. The breakfast bar had the worst layout with line of people 20-25 deep. I would have never picked to stay there looking at the current rating but we were pretty much sent the info for our stay because this is where several of our friends were staying to celebrate one of their kid’s birthday. I booked this place without reading the reviews and amped my expectations solely based on the Hilton name and boy was I wrong. I spoke to the manager on duty and complained about the toilet issues not even mentioning anything else and did not even get an apology. Emailed Hilton and haven’t heard anything back. Their customer service apparently is on the same level as their plumbing! Never again! P.s too bad I can’t add any videos. I only took a few picturs of the rotten crown molding in the natatorium as well as our toilet and rusty pipes.
