Candlewood Suites DFW Airport North – Irving Reviews

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Great hotel near the airport with nice rooms and mini-kitchens in the room.

Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the shop attached to help others find what they are looking for.

Newly updated, clean room, comfortable stay! Near to the airport. Free coffee in the lobby Booked for the complimentary airport shuttle, but it would have been nice to know that it does not operate 24 hours. I ended up paying an Uber $25 to catch my 5 am departure from DFW (-_-)

I really liked the room, it was very comfortable. I thought the staff was accommodating. However, I would’ve liked to know from the staff that I would need to book the shuttle in advance before going to the airport. No one told me so I assumed I can just get it the morning of but they said no. It was fine though. Thanks again for the stay.

Excellent hotel. Only complaint was that it took them nearly 45 min to pick me up from the airport after telling me it’d be 10 minutes. Other than that excellent.

Excellent location if you need to take early flight next day. It provides free shuttle bus transport to airport 24/7. It is very impressive.

Facilities are average, no meals, a strange odor

The pictures don’t compare to the room. It looked like it had been renovated with modern day feel, kitchen with all appliances, large bathroom and nice bedroom. I would stay here again. Also thank you to Cindy for her help.
