Standard American 4 star hotel service. The breakfast is simple. There are many restaurants around a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient.

I have stayed here several times when traveling through the DFW airport and have never had any serious problems. Front desk personnel has always been professional but sometimes (when extremely busy) they are a bit frazzled. Given the large numbers of people they deal with and the size of the hotel, this is to be expected. The shuttle has always been reliable but sometimes very crowded and running late. Never have I experienced the problems that others have described. Rooms were always clean, service requests were prompt. The gym is pretty good but not exceptional for this size hotel. For some reason on our last trip, the indoor pool was open but the outdoor pool was closed to swimming despite the temperatures bing in the 90s. We were at the hotel for three days but there was never an explanation as to why. However, the chairs and tables that were poolside were available.

At the Westin hotel, Dallas airport, The service was very friendly and the airport bus was fast and fast. The hotel is very clean and comfortable! TV 📺 Subtitles greet the guests daily, so warm! Especially the bed in the room is pillowed, super soft and clean, I have fallen asleep when I meet it! The room facilities are star-rated! But because the Chinese language understands The customs in America seem different. The booking includes two breakfasts plus two dinners, It's just a $10 deduction for dinner. Buffet breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, sweet buns, etc. I can eat. But It's impossible to compare it to the breakfast at the Westin hotel in Shanghai.

Great Stay at Westin! High praise for Sarah! Enjoyed a weekend at Westin in Dallas. Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Rooms had complimentary water, ice nearby, and a great drink / snack / coffee area in lobby. Great restaurant and by far best pool in area. Concierge lounge was closed but Sarah at front desk checked us in, offered breakfast vouchers for us and was unbelievably friendly and professional all weekend. She took care of us multiple times last weekend. The staff at pool and DJ at pool were fun and engaging. Drinks were great and bonus hot tub. The staff at Mesa Mezcal were also very good. Breakfast was amazing! Parking garage is attached to hotel, very modern decor and a 1 min walk from bars, restaurants, and a few min walk to Toyota Music Factory. Had dinner at Yard House and enjoyed a walk around the lake both evenings. We will definitely return to this Westin.

I think it is a recommended hotel for business trips. The size of the twin beds is wide. The necessary services are decent. The transportation wasn't bad.

Despite the long-standing reputation that accompanies the Hilton brand, I was underwhelmed by this location and its seemingly outdated facilities, rooms, and amenities. Upon check-in, we were directed to our rooms on the back side of the building, only to see a sign asking to purchase daily parking. Whether or not that is for the travelers going to and from DFW or not, still required clarification with the front desk who seemed surprised that “free parking” is advertised online when booking. The rooms are the toughest selling point. The air-conditioning unit worked so effectively that the rooms ran very cold and humid causing damp sheets and mosquitoes to pester my every movements. In fact, the humidity and dusty vents gave my father-in-law a sinus infection. The popcorn ceilings made it appear as if I was booked in an antiquated motel. Lastly, water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Where the rooms and staff lacked, the quick access to the toll roads and the greater DFW area was a huge plus.

A Ritz Carlton property is held to higher standards than most. So, a review of an RC property should reflect that standard. I have stayed at this property several times, but when it was Four Seasons prior to becoming a Ritz. This property has always intrigued me, mostly how it has survived in such an interesting, transitional area in DFW. The property is older, though has been kept up nicely. Upon driving up to the hotel, it seems more like you are entering a senior living community. The building is a clunky brown on brown cluster that rises out of a questionable neighborhood of ***** malls and shopping centers. Don’t get me wrong, the grounds are nice and the facility is well appointed. Upon check in, the line was 31 people deep, snaking through the lobby. Rooms were not ready which required luggage to be stowed. Staff were friendly and offered a water bottle for the wait. The rooms, though tiny are very nice. Nice furnishings, good bath products and real coffee mugs! don’t see this often. Turn down service is a nice touch. Unfortunately the pool was closed! during my stay. What a horrible time to close a pool for maintenance during a hot week in Texas with several conferences going on. They allow you to use a facility next door but honestly it was a big hassle. Due to being constrained in a neighborhood, there’s really no where to go for a walk or run. Once you leave the property it’s busy streets, so I opted to jog in the parking lots which was a bummer. Again, facility was clean, people were nice but I guess I just expect more from a Ritz property.

This review comes from a hospitality property owner/operator who has seen both sides of the guest/management experience. We booked a one night stay at this property prior to flying out of DFW the next morning. When we arrived, the room we had requested through Hiltons website was having repairs to the cable tv so we accepted a different room. The room seemed chilly-the outdoor temps were in the 40s. We adjusted the thermostat with no results. After giving the system an hour to adjust, we called the front desk. They sent a maintenance man to check. His instruments showed a temp of 67 degrees, however a little banging around, he said he thought it was working and left. Nothing changed. We turned the thermostat to 80 degrees-the highest it would go-but magically the room temp stayed at exactly 67 degrees. We went down to the front desk and asked to be moved. The clerk went to the back for a few minutes and came back to tell us they were full and had no other rooms available. But he was sending maintenance back up to check on it. Oh—and they would send a couple of blankets. We decided to visit the managers reception while maintenance worked in our room. While there, we noticed several groups of men coming in together. All were in work clothes and sweatshirts. The atrium was even chillier than our room so we left to go back upstairs. We ordered room service which was a very pleasant experience and excellent service. When it was delivered, we commented about how chilly the hotel is and she said, “yes, the guys complain when we turn up the heat”. Bottom line? This hotel caters to corporate contract guests and has their systems governed to their desires with no leeway for individual room controls. There were other maintenance issues not mentioned here. Second conclusion? They were not full as I checked availability and they had vacancies. Another room would not have solved our problem since all systems must be governed to the hotels parameters. So, if you choose to stay here, ask for the contract price because that’s the service you will get.

the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, which is good for me, and they picked me up in ＜20 mins after i called them. room is clean, although the facilities are old.
