Online booking is easy on hotel website which has English translation. Google map helped with getting to this hotel. Entrance not highly visible from main walking street in Machida, so use Google Maps. There’s hotel signage at the entrance and you have to go up elevator to 5th floor for check-in. Fast and quick process. Staff able to communicate in simple English. For more complicated issues, use Google Translate. That was a great help! You can leave your baggage at the reception if you arrive early. Check in is STRICTLY after 3pm onwards.
