However, this clubmed has very few service staff, and the lack of staff brings a bad experience. There was a power outage in the room in the middle of the night and there was no staff. It took a long time for someone to come and fix it. Possibly due to a typhoon during the stay, activities outside the village were canceled and the beach was closed. There are also insufficient service staff in the restaurant, and the GO's expression is indifferent, which is in sharp contrast to the Hoshino Resorts I visited a few months ago. The children are surprised why the GO here has a straight face. They have also encountered a GO with a straight face when ordering drinks at the lobby bar. Food is average. In terms of hardware facilities, it may be due to its age and disrepair. The room is small, damp, unclean, and filled with a smell. The bed was damp and I woke up almost every hour or two. The cleanliness of the hotel is beyond words. It is recommended to watch monkeys in the folk village and watch fish in the glass boat. Children like it better, but there is no need to stay in clubmed. I feel that the facilities of the ANA hotel on the island are also very good. You can ask the hotel to call a car directly to the Kawahira glass boat and folk village, and Not exclusive to Clubmed. Recommendation: One advantage of booking Clubmed through Ctrip is that many issues can be communicated by Ctrip customer service. This time, Ctrip’s hotel butler and air ticket butler helped me a lot. If I had to deal with Clubmed or the airline myself, firstly, there would be a language barrier. Second, it is not professional enough. Ctrip is very efficient in helping and the customer service is also more responsible. In contrast, Hoshino Clubmed in Hokkaido is worth visiting in the summer. It has a cool climate, beautiful mountain views, enthusiastic GO, Hokkaido food, and the clubmed rooms are also very clean. This time Ishigaki Island stepped on a big hole.
