There was so much good about this motel! Neat place!! The room was very cozy and VERY small! No big deal at all. The bed had a nice, hard mattress (which I love) and comfy pillows. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The maid service was nothing short of outstanding. Very friendly and excellent at keeping the room neat and tidy. The room temp was easy to regulate. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. There is something here for anyone's taste. Lots of great breads and jams, too. Loved everything about this place. The front desk could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and enjoyed engaging in conversation. This hotel is close to the tram and, of course, the shopping options are innumerable. Highly recommended!!

Impera hotel is in a very safe and quiet street, even though it is in the middle of nightlife and entertainment. Breakfast presentations are very nice, the staff is attentive and kind. You can get good advice about the region. They have a huge wine selection and menus with good pizza and good pasta. If you want to stay away from the chaos of Taksim, I highly recommend it. I stayed in a standard room, it is a city hotel with very stylish architectural touches, there is great effort and vision in the entire building, I cannot say that the rooms are big but they are useful. The room I stayed in did not have a view, but I did not feel that this was a deficiency, after all, I did not want to pay exorbitant prices to different hotels just for the view.

Very clean and very comfortable apartments. The service is great there is a WhatsApp number so whenever I needed extra water or blankets for the sofa ït was delivered instantly. I asked if they had a microwave and there was a knock and they left a microwave in the room. So convenient. Clothes were washed and came back smelling so fresh. Lovely experience, staff are very nice. Extended our stay here.

I visited Istanbul from USA and this is my review! This hotel is very clean and kid friendly! It’s a must you stay here if you ever visit Taksim, Istanbul. This hotel is in the perfect location, A lot of good food nearby, shopping nearby, grocery stores and mosque. To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is small and well-equipped. Arrive within five minutes from Tashikum Square. Good quality and low price. You can’t find it on Googlemap. If you get off the bus, you can use Apple’s own map.

I had a marvelous experience in Barcelo Istanbul. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in, to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!The best hotel I’ve ever stayed. High quality rooms and high quality service. Reception team doing great. Especially Semge was amazingly gracious and friendly.The breakfast was terrific. I did reccomend this hotel to my friends and my family. I can't wait to come back.

Being a vegetarian I was a bit sceptical abt getting good food in Istanbul. But chef Oguz and Emraan Erkon as well as chef Serkan made sure I tasted delicious Turkish vegetarian meals as well as delights which was so lovingly served by their team Selcuk, Bekay, Umat and Aleena . Super super kitchen team backed by happy motivated servers and supervisors. Cansin from front office team also was very helpful. The hotel is so close to taksim square and all tram, metro and boat stations for tourist attraction spots . Elegant hotel with super comfortable rooms and a great home away from home !!! Nice concierge who guides you well abt various tourist attractions.

It is a very nice hotel. The Executive Lounge and the Rooftop Bar are on the highest Floor where you have a fantastic View of the Bosphorus and can enjoy delicious Food. Our Room was very large and very clean. When we arrived there was a Fruit Basket, different Variations of Chocolate and a Bottle of Wine served on our Table even though we don't drink Alcohol i found it very accommodating. The Breakfast is wonderful and there are many different flavors. The Coffee was unfortunately not good so I drank Çay. You can walk 10-15 Minutes and then you will pass various small Cafés, Supermarktes and Restaurants. I recommend this Hotel because it’s worth a Visit !

This property gave us good staying experience having all the promised amenities and well served. On the problem is many service staff do not understand English which is not something bad but still. Regarding the location of property i was but disappointed because this is very much in the outskirts of the Istanbul city, and when the city itself is a attraction and you live beyond doesn't make any sense and you have to travel 25 to 30 kilometres every day to get to your visiting spots. Otherwise they do give a five star service as they pretend to.
