I was able to stay there for about 3500 yen per night. As I was a student traveling alone, my budget was limited. It was worth the price. It was difficult to find at first, but it was an isolated building. I went there in early March, and the only futon was thin and the remote control for the heating didn't work, so I had to wear ultra-light down to sleep. The location is very good, close to Sultanahmet. The shower provides stable hot water. When I boiled the tap water, when I looked at the surface of the water, I saw a lot of transparent things floating on the water, but the water did not make me feel sick for two days. I recommend this place. The location is the heart of old town , near the blue mosque. The owner , Yusuf is very kind person and very supportive. He is always reachable. There is kitchen. All kitchen equipments are there. Nothing to buy extra. It is actually better than staying a room in a hotel. You will feel so much freedom !! There is a washing machine and we don’t need to pay at all. there is free washing powder. I stayed 3 nights at the basement room. Heating system was perfect. I did not feel cold there. Shower and toilet room was not so big , however nothing to bother me at all. Cleanness is perfect. Cleaning lady cleaned my kitchen as well. If you expecting to have 5 star hotel bed quality , you will not have it here . However , The owner , Yusuf is fantastic person. You will feel good during the stay here for sure ! He can kindly organize the Covit 19 test within 72 before the flight. That was very helpful. Thank you to Yusuf!!

We were met by a guy called Dennis. He was very polite and very patient with all of our questions. The room was very clean and had a nice roof top balcony to enjoy the views. Dennis was a very happy guy and makes you feel immediately welcome when you enter. I would definately go back there if I was to visit again. The local traditional Turkish food around the corner he suggested did not disappoint. For the price of a kebab in the center you can get to enjoy their traditional dishes and be very full for half the price, we went back twice. I forgot the name of it unfortunately but a great recommendation 👍

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. We had difficulties finding the place and was walking and asking a couple of times when suddenly the owner appeared in front of us. Apparently someone message him that we are looking for Emirhan. When we arrived he made coffee while finishing the registration paperwork. The owner also helped carrying one of our 10kg luggage while escorting us to the Guesthouse. He even helped carrying it when we checked out to our next stay which is 10 minutes walk. Our room was on the 5th floor by stairs only, but it was worth it. The room is very spacious, with coffee making facility, refrigerator and a microwave. Bathroom with hot water shower. Water pressure is very good. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was cold. Many windows, with one side overlooking the ocean at a distance. The balcony is also spacious and overlooking the ocean as well. Door lock looked strong and secure. There's an electronic remote to open the main door to the house so we have a 24h access. The location is a 10 minutes walk from Sultanahmet, a bit downhill. A small supermarket is within 5 minutes distance. A few choice of restaurants are available in the vicinity, with lower prices compared to those in Sultanahmet.
