Concierge: When we arrived the concierge service were absent but our airport transfer driver had to help us and looked for the assistant. Later the assistant helped us all the way to the room ☑️ Reception : A warm welcome provided and Hasan was very helpful, friendly and made us feel valued and kindly accepted my request and offered me a sea 🌊 view room for our long stay. ☑️ Room: It was very good size, amenities was fab, king size bed and other facilities was TipTop. Linen and comfort of the mattress was terrible. Too firm matters and polyester mix linen, never had a good night sleep 😏😴 Spa: Used it for Turkish Hammam and full spa service . Reception at the Spa I would rate a big Zero ‘0’. Masseur Wayan was wonderful I would rate her 10/10. Spa reception doesn’t speak good English and they are rude and make your Spa experience rather stressful than relaxing ❌ Management needs to work on that area. Swimming 🏊‍♂️ Pool: You need to pay 70 Turkish Lira for head cover to access the swimming pool and they will tell you that just before you enter the pool, be ready to pay there and then. Swimming pool temperature was nearly zero! Super cold water . I had to use the Sauna and steam room to heat up the body before I could go in the swimming pool ❌ Breakfast 🍳: Very nice and specious Elite Restaurant. Food choices was great, very helpful staff, cleanings and atmosphere was excellent ☑️ The Grill: Restaurant at 15th level was good, value for money . Could’ve improved with foods choices & service ☑️ Room Service & cleaning : Very good ☑️ Overall: It was a good experience minus the Spa and bed comfort it was good. (Bed & Spa caused minus ⭐️⭐️)

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

Very clean. Practical location. And, above all, the staff here is very nice (especially Okan who will be very attentive and welcoming). The breakfast is qualitatively well furnished. And I also recommend the terrace of the restaurant on the roof of the hotel. Nice moment there with a nice view, good food, and kind staff.

I am myself a hotel manager but since I am accompanying my sister for a cosmetic treatment, I had no say on on the hotel choice Regardless though the hotel I represent as a manager is neither perfect, here are a few observations I am currently in room 1201 and still got another 8 nights to go, so my views may change and they will be duly revised Starting from the bad… Reception - the most unfriendly and unhelpful department I ve encountered so far. This is the department who should lead by example in these terms yet while every department I ve encounter have been great (housekeeping, food and be beverage, spa) … this department lacks the welcoming factor. Sad as reception often leaves the first and last impression. Breakfast - basic but good quality. Can’t ask for more Spa - I still have to try this but the attendant who showed me around was helpful and patient. Thanks to his approach I will definitely give this place a try Room is big, comfortable and well equipped… cleanliness upon checkin not as great … yellow stained silicon around shower, hairs of previous occupants, dusty accessories. The industry is suffering and while I Am mentioning this, I am ready to close an eye Highlight of hotel - by far - the rooftop restaurant … the lamb shank was to die for and definitely best lamb ever… service is 10 out of 10 and 2 people stand out by far … girl with glasses working on Tuesday 11th evening shift … and the ever so amazing and charming Mohammat… impressed and equally jealous of their customer approach. These are people I would hire in a blink of an eye, Mohammat, especially I look forward to spending the next 9 nights here. Turkey is amazing but the Turks are even greater Room 1201

Close proximity to the airport Sabiha. But at the exit from the airport building poorly organized signs with the direction of the way to the hotel. While I was looking for the way to the hotel I made several unnecessary circles. In addition, You have to take two elevators to the fourth floor. Spacious clean room with stylish design. On arrival, it was sweltering hot in the room with the temperature 26,5 °C. Windows don't open. The air conditioner failed to adjust to a cool temperature. At most I managed to get the temperature down to 25.5 °C. In doing so, the conditioner made a lot of noise. This negative moment spoiled the impression, as it did not let me sleep well. Perhaps this problem (Malfunction of the air conditioning system) was only in my room. One more advantage - 24 hours room service. Convenient, in case of a late arrival. Overall, it was a pleasant experience also thanks to helpful friendly staff.

Good value for money. It has its pros and cons. Conveniently located for those who flew to Sabiha, you can easily get there by metro. True, the main attractions are far away. There are enough cafes around with prices lower than in Sultanahmet and Taksim. English is spoken only at the reception, but you can meet Russian speakers. Da es sich um ein Hotel handelt, können Sie im Spa ein Yuebilic-, Ganud-Bad oder eine Sauna nehmen. Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Sauberkeit und Essen sind gut. My entire stay at the hotel was excellent and pleasant from the very beginning to end! The hotel staff was absolutely amazing in all areas and all aspects of guest services and care. I am very impressed by the level of professionalism and positivity that I experienced from the moment that I stepped into the hotel. When I checked in, I had the pleasure of having Emre assist me. Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!
