The room is very clean, the breakfast is rich, there is a chain supermarket opposite the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. There are subways and bus stations nearby, and transportation is convenient. Disadvantages: Napkins and toilet paper are not replenished after daily cleaning, and the mineral water is not replenished in sufficient quantity.

There are a lot of wonderful features of this hotel. 1. The room is clean, spacious, and suitable for desk work. 2. The full-choice breakfast menu, which could vary by day, includes restaurant-like dishes such as eggplant salad, mushroom salad, and scrambled egg with tomato (Menemen). 3. The staff are not only amiable and helpful but also respond quickly. 4. Most importantly, I left my personal belongings in the room when I checked out to leave for my country. After my inquiry, the hotel staff searched the room and kindly made an overseas call to tell me that they had found them. I am so grateful for their kindness.

We were disappointed with our experience given the great reviews and price ($153.83 for a king bed for two), It’s a fifteen minute cab ride from the airport (they have no shuttle). The hotel is indeed new and clean. Rooms are small but clean and quiet. The king bed would be a US Queen but it was comfortable.Free WIFI good. Lots of satellite TV channels . The problem is the hotel seems geared to a captive audience of airline crew (an entire floor set aside for them) and Turkish airlines delayed passengers. So the staff don’t really seem to care about being service oriented. They aren’t rude, just laissez faire. They just hand you your room key without explaining which floor you are on (it’s not obvious given their numbering system); not how to log onto WIFI; nor breakfast times. The restaurant menu is mostly American junk food burgers, pizzas, sandwiches and pasta. They did have a Luke warm lentil soup and a few salads but were out of some. Virtually no dressing on the salad and the leaves just thrown in a plate. Vegetarians will struggle to eat a healthy meal. You can’t even get an omelette. Very disappointing for an international chain that caters to international pax awaiting their flights. Given how poor the food menu was, we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast buffet was so good. A very good spread indeed. I would only stay here again for about $75.

We selected this hotel mostly for its location: It is close to some of the main tourist attractions, so this choice of location turned out to be a good one. The rooms are quite modern without charm, but overall clean. However, the overall experience at this hotel was, to say the least, very unpleasant. So the recommendation is to stay away from this hotel. There were many technical incidents (door not locking, water leak, malfunctioning light switch, missed cleaning...) during a relatively short stay (6 nights). The breakfast is of very poor quality, certainly one of the worst breakfasts we had at a hotel. As a side note, the picture of the breakfast buffet on the hotel website does not correspond at all to what we had. Very misleading. The interaction with the personnel was very unpleasant, and some members of the personnel are quite rude.

Spent a total of eight nights at this hotel. Our stay was extremely enjoyable for the following reasons: # The hotel was spotless. Our room was clean and the staff who serviced the room each day did an outstanding job. # Location. The hotel is located in a very busy area, but access to public transport was easy with tram and underground stations located within walking distance. Nearby, there were stacks of places to eat a variety of foods and ATM's, supermarkets and all the things a traveller needs were a 'stone's throw' away. # Access to major attractions was easy- the tram line allowed you quick access to a number of important tourist attractions. # Breakfast- Included in the price and for once there was plenty of fresh, good quality food on offer. The dining area was clean and the staff extremely attentive. # Price Point- the room represented good value for money. # Staff- very helpful and with a sound knowledge base. Thinking of staying here- book it!

My stay was very comfortable and I am pleased that I got the exact accommodation service worth to the price I paid. Everytime when I went to İstanbul I am staying in this hotel since apart from the easily reachable with public transportation, hotel team members are very helpful to make your stay more enjoyable.
