We stayed for three nights was wishing to check. Out after the first night  Nothing is good but the WhatsApp customer service rep is super helpful and friendly and easy to communicate  So the one point is give to the service online not the place It’s not a hotel nor a service apartment nor airbnb It’s big size so good for big family I think but it’s close to the freeway so the noisy of the car is unbearable

My favorite place to stay in Istanbul. Great value for money, excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful staff

Had a great experience at the Air Başakşehir Residence by NewInn. Was a little hesitant based on a lack of information online about the building and the area, but it worked out extremely well for my needs. The front desk clerks Alper & Mustafa were particularly helpful. I had a card payment issue with the cab that brought me from the airport and they generously offered to front me cash to pay for it, which was very kind. Saved me and the cab driver a lot of hassle. The hotel is not close to much, as the area is undergoing a lot of development, but it was a doable 15 minute walk to the Başakşehir Gençlik ve Spor İlçe Müdürlüğü Tesisleri, which is where I needed to be, so it was fairly convenient for me. (I did have to walk across 8 lanes of highway to make the trip that short, but I didn't mind. You might.) There were restaurants and groceries around there which was very useful. The apartment itself is pretty new and in good shape. The apartment was very comfortable and I liked my stay. Would happily go there again.

Excellent place nice, quit & every things in this hotel are new. Also all the staff in front desk & other employee were very helpful with best service , some of them speak English. Excellent to stay with most things you need in the room with some kitchen supplies, however the location is very far from center of Istanbul. I am Strongly recommended & will going back to this hotel next summer.

The only good thing is the price the rest was miserable no service bad location , was not well cleaned reception work for a part time . My reservation was for 10 days I checked out after 3 days only. The give me an apartment just next to the reception area ground floor (1A) .

My stay at the property was highly challenging due to its location and lack of transportation in the area. That, coupled with the staff members that are not helpful, some more than others lent itself to a challenging stay.
