It was in a good location with many places to eat within walking distance, such as Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and Galata Bridge. The room was simple, with just a bed, desk, chair, side bed, TV, and air conditioning, but it was clean. There was a window so it was bright and breezy, but there is no elevator on the 4th floor, so elderly people would be better off choosing a lower floor. The shower and toilet are shared, but they are well-cleaned and clean.
Closing the window blocks out all the noise and it is quiet. I stayed for 4 nights, but perhaps because I didn't request it, the bed was not made or the towels changed. The location, cleanliness, and low price were close to what I wanted, and I would choose this hotel again if I come to Istanbul.

I love that it is located within 300 meters from the Metro station if you need to go anywhere farther or don’t feel like walking. You are within shops, restaurants, ATMs, money exchange etc…It is a lively area. I walked alone at night and felt pretty safe. A couple of things I don’t care much about this hotel is you have to climb stairs with your luggage(s) if you don’t have help, shower area is not closed off to the toilet area. So everything within the bathroom will get wet, toilet seat and floor. You will need to wipe the toilet dry and the floor so you won’t slip and fall. The service from the hotel staff is great. There are a lot of noises from nearby businesses into late night. I like to leave a crack on my window for fresh air.

The location is very good. I was looking for a cheap place when I was traveling alone and found it. It was about 3,000 yen per night, and we had a room on the fourth floor (there were only stairs). It smelled like cigarettes, but once you got used to it it wasn't a big deal. Showers, toilets, and sinks were shared. As a precaution, I kept the room locked even when I used the bathroom, but it was quite a hassle. I arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time, but the room was vacant so they let me in, which was helpful.
