I understand that the difference between a hostel and a hotel is so different in terms of cost that I understand that the facilities are not clean or uncomfortable to some extent or that you meet bad roommates I'm not the type to complain about that or ask for a refund The hostel here is clean and provided with towels, but for two days, hot water comes out for the first five minutes, and then cold water comes out The hostel knows this, but it's not fixing it or offering solutions at all Two days before I arrived here, another roommate asked me for two days of hot water and asked me to fix it, but it wasn't fixed and they kept receiving customers without fixing this problem On the third day, I couldn't take a cold shower, so I asked the staff to wash me in an empty room with warm water, and the reception staff at night helped me wash me in another room, but on the fourth day, another staff told me not to wash quickly or turn on the water hard This is the hostel's problem, not mine, but the staff says it's because I wash for a long time or turn the water on strongly Why do I have to be pressed for time when I pay to use the hostel?I couldn't wash it, so I asked for a refund, but they say they can't do it And I ended up leaving the next day without getting a refund Tooth

Central location, everything you need within walking distance. Also close to the bus and metro. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mahmut :)

Only one bathroom for the entire floor and poorly cleaned bedding. Loud neighborhood.

A relatively clean hotel with a quadruple room. The room is clean and safe. There are places to eat when you go out. There are many places to eat around, and the doors are not closed at night.

The hotel's price is reasonable for its prime location near Istiklal Avenue. However, there are some noticeable differences in room sizes. With some being exceptionally small, even though they're both meant for two guests. Fortunately, due to low occupancy during our stay, we were able to request a room change when we first arrived. But if we had to stay in that tiny room for our entire trip, it would have been an awful trip. Room cleanliness is okay, but don't expect much. Most of the times room service comes only if you go and ask for it. Overall, it's decent for the price, especially if you're going to be out exploring most of the time. However, consider other options if you're going to spend your major time in the hotel.

The only good thing about the property is that it is in the middle of Istiklal street. Other than that, the staff don’t speak English (I had to use sign language). The receptionist would just barge into the dorm at 3:00 am and turn on the lights and rattle around then leave. It is too expensive to be considered a hostel given that they have no communal kitchen, no decent bathroom, no amenities to use. I would recommend this place only because of the location.

We stayed there for 3 night. There is no staff , no service, no breakfast . So much so the staff refused us very rudely that the AC cannot be turned on. There is no bell boy to take the luggage. Rude manager. The rooms are smaller than what they appear on site. Worst experience ever. Feel cheated.

The pictures shown are completely different from the state of the place. The bathroom was dirty a nobody cleaned the areas during my stay, even my the shelf where I can put the stuff had a peace of bubble gum. The location is super near of the noise, so if you want take a rest is imposble.

A very mediocre hostel in all respects: Firstly, in terms of cleanliness, during the seven days the room was not cleaned, the sheets were not changed, nor the bath towels. Secondly, in terms of location, it is very bad in the alleys of Istiklal, and you will not sleep because of noise, and the worst for me is that the hotel managers and receptionists are so profiteers they do not allow you to leave your luggage even in the lobby on the day of your departure, if your flight and late, then imagine, they asked us to leave the hotel with our luggage from 11 du morning, we begged them to leave our bags in the hall until the plane time, which is midnight, and they refused and they left two girls in the street with our suitcases for more than 12 hours, I don't advise anyone to go there

The room was dirty, there were cigarette butts behind the door and an unbearable smell of tobacco, the bathroom is so small that it is not functional, the room was never cleaned in 4 days and our towels were never changed (we had to take them by force) Despite asking for them and begging them to provide us with them, the receptionist who is there at night is most unpleasant and rude, the area is very noisy and "dodgy" you cannot sleep and it is dangerous at night, a HORRIBLE stay, not recommended
