The location was perfect, close to all the historical sites and right next to the tram station. The staff were friendly and kind, tried best to accommodate to our needs. Highly recommend to those looking for a decent accommodation in old town!

Breakfast needs improvement. Special thanks to Ismael in the restaurant and Mr Sercan at the front office. Rooms are clean and well furnished.

Location Strtegic

Great hotel and service, but do not come here if you have a car; there is no parking. We had to park far away and pay extra money, but the guys at reception were helpful and carried our large 6 luggages from where we had parked. Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, and location is amazing, easy walk to Topakapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar.

The location is great. There are some nuances regarding the number, but not critical. The service is excellent, very friendly staff.

The location is in the old town, close to the subway and convenient. Old hotel, facilities are average in all aspects. I don’t know why, but the hotel doesn’t have a do-not-disturb sign, so someone will clean it every day 😂

Very good location, good staff, and the room was clean

We were looking for a hotel that would have ventilation for cooling. Since the cold period for many is only for warmth. Plus, to be relatively quiet with the windows open. The manager promised us that everything will be fine. As a result, after settling, ventilation for several hours could not cool the room. To which the administration refused to agree and convinced otherwise)). They called a technician, said that the filter was clogged with dirt and now everything will be ok. A few hours later, nothing has changed. Very unwillingly, we can say with threats from another manager, the number was changed for us and we got what we wanted. Normally working for cooling ventilation and windows into a quiet well courtyard. But we spent most of the day on this. Management wants to leave the best. Right there in the piggy bank. They asked for scissors, they said we don’t have them, then we say give me a knife (there is a restaurant at the hotel, you can’t say that there are no knives)), scissors were immediately found, right there at the reception. Basically bad guys. Location is great, beds are comfortable and cleaned regularly. There is no declared pool, but we did not expect it. But next time I will choose another hotel, given that the cost is above average, I would like to receive adequate responses from hotel managers.

Health is not bad, the surrounding traffic is convenient but a bit noisy.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at the hotel. First of all, its location is great because it is very close to the waterfront and the Galata Bridge, which connects two parts of Istanbul. Plus, there are many restaurants, shops, markets, and other businesses around the hotel. The area is very lively! But at the same time, the hotel is pretty quiet and definitely well soundproofed because I did not hear much noise. The hotel’s lobby was absolutely beautifully designed! Every single part of the lobby’s decor was smartly and nicely put together. Basically, I was WOWed when I entered the hotel. My check-in was quick and easy. I requested a room on a high floor with some city views and got one. My Superior Double Room (#5109) was a good size just for one person. Its design was also very nice. All the furniture was in great condition. The room had all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was magnificently decorated with a mix of grey, gold, and blue colors. The bathroom amenities were of very nice quality and had a pleasant scent. The Wi-Fi was fast. I paid $85 per night for my room, and I find this rate reasonable for the high hotel quality. If I go back to Istanbul, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
