Good location. Near the metro. All is clear. Great breakfast. The only thing was that there was a strong smell of dampness.

The rooms are okay, a little cramped in the bathroom due to the door closing inward. But this is not so critical. The staff resolves all issues promptly😅 the three of them hung the curtain in the photo within 10 minutes😂 we were immediately offered another room. Breakfast is good, the set is standard for Turkey. The elevator is interesting😁
The area didn’t seem the best at first, but overall it will work. Transport accessible, it seemed to me that it was relatively close to the center, but I was guided by the cost. They only came to spend the night. We stayed for 3 nights, cleaning was done once (if this is important to anyone). The windows overlooked the bus station, but we were on the 7th floor, it was fine for us, behind it was the sea and boats x3))

Good for the money. The main thing is clean. That's the most important. Unfortunately there was a constant smell of smoke (coming from the bathroom), especially at night. Presumably one of the guests always smoked in the bathroom so as not to go out and turned on the ventilation and thereby spread the smell throughout all the rooms! Mom's room smelled exactly the same.
We didn't complain. You can't knock on every room and check...
Fridge was off.
The staff were helpful and nice
But you have to ask for room service to get toilet paper and empty trash cans. They don't come by themselves.

The worst hotel among the hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are cold, the air conditioning is not working, there is no drinking water in the rooms, when I asked for water they directed me to the pastry shop next door, I went and bought it, there was no interest at all, I called for the first time before check-out time to ask if you were leaving yet, it is a very bad hotel, I do not recommend it at all.. It does not have a parking lot. Those who are sane will not go and stay
