Golden Sand Hotel

Stream of water in room is low . Bed sheets and towels are Grey. Noise from street is existing tlll 01 00 am Around hotel the cheap districts . Service in hotel for customers is only to keep levels of service at minimum .Taxi service in that area is unacceptable and unavailable , cheating the customers always, no taxi meters at all. Better to avoid this hotel .

I have a problem with My reservation, there were no rooms in the hotel, But they solve it very well... They book for me another room in a better hotel all My stay, so I really apreciate it. They Will try to solve any.problem You may have I reccomend them

Everything was wonderful. The staffs were so kind, so we could stay in Istanbul without any worries, even though it was our first time to go there. The breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed it with the beautiful ocean-view. Thank you so much, especially Mr.Yaser, we'll definitly book Golden Sand Hotel again when we go to Istanbul next time.

Okay, so we were staying here for 4 nights. Hotel itself is outdated, pictures are definitely old, walls are thin and you can hear everything from the next door. The washroom/bathroom was really old and had mold. The location is good for walking around, but God, it was so loud in the evening/night - we couldn't sleep till 2-3 am. So if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place. Brekfast was included, but the choice was really poor (especially if you're staying for more nights). One day, we found out that due to issue with the AC maintenance (or someone else) entered our room without letting us know first. As someone who works in this industry I find it really unprofessional and nonacceptable. Overall, our stay here would be okay - it would be silly to expect more for this amount of money, but the problem started after we left. We planned to come back to the hotel after 4 days and we booked and paid directly with them on FD. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we were forced to cancel that stay. Now, more than a month after that, I am still trying to get my refund. They are ignoring my emails and my texts, which is so rude and unprofessional. Considering everything, if you are staying for 1-2 nights, you can think about it (but book with third party!!!!).

Welcoming and friendly hotel staff who are always happy to help, comfortable rooms with nice views of the sea from the terrace during breakfast. Would recommend for anyone coming here, lots of great restaurant outside the hotel and walking distance away so you don’t have to go far. It was convenient for us as we could get to many destinations by foot from the hotel. The rooms is comfortable and have the necessities needed for our stay, housekeeping came everyday to freshen up the room.

I booked this 3 + star Hotel through ***********, Though the hotel is small due to the main place of fatih but a very good accommodation choice if one to be with the main area of Istanbul Everything is so close and in walking distance. Breakfast is very ideal and good in taste. People from the hotel are so cooperative and above all caring & Honest.

The hotel is very clean the hospitality of the hotel people beyond any expectation. Super advisor Mr Yasser is very friendly very sharp professional with great humour always there before any need we had to offer his help. We recommend it 100%

Hotel location is really bad No hot water for two days with an un professional way of handling the situation. Photos posted on site are nog the same as reality Fungus on walls And the staff can shout and fight and scold each other infront of the guest

Perfect place to stay Everything about this hotel was great beautiful room tasty breakfast friendly staff and a perfect location specially the manger yasser it’s so friendly and also housekeeping narjes and sapaber helpful I am very happy to spend my honeymoon in this hotel narjes and sabaper
