I asked the hotel staff and they told me it’s (3) stars hotel not 4 stars as it’s showing in your web site I asked for cleaning my clothes then they said they don’t have so I understood that they are not a 4stars This for your to be aware

We spent a total of 2 nights in this hotel. The price quality ratio is good. Friendly staff. The room and statue group is clean. Breakfast is good and extensive. When there is a malfunction with the WiFi network, it cannot be solved immediately. The system is somewhere in a cupboard of which not everyone has the key. Unfortunately we were without internet connection for 2 days. So pay attention to this if you travel for business and depend on the internet…

This hotel is now known as the Marina Park Hotel. It is on the main E5 road, that runs through Istanbul, opposite the big Büyükçekmece State Hospital. Although quite a way from the main tourist attractions in Sutanahmet etc it has good transport connections. A short dolmuş ride from the metro bus. Firstly this is not an all inclusive luxury hotel and doesn't claim to be. This is an incredibly good value for money hotel with the most amazing staff. Everyone is so helpful and kind. From the receptionist to the room cleaners; the breakfast staff to the managers. A wonderful customer centred approach. The rooms are spacious with clean en-suite bathrooms. Even though they are a little older they are spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and clean fresh smelling bed linen. Adequate towels - one bath and one face towel per person. Extra pillows are available in the wardrobe along with a room safe. Rooms have a fridge and a kettle with tea bags, sugar, coffee and water. Wifi is free throughout the hotel and connection was good in all areas except the breakfast room. Breakfast was a good selection of cheeses, cold meats, salad stuff, various dip type dishes, a hot choice, yogurts, fruit and breads. Plenty of tea and coffee and water. All in a all a very good experience.
