The hotel is very beautiful, the reception staff are nice and always smiling, the service is fast, and the restaurant I give it a rating of 10/10, very delicious and clean, and the employee, Hilal, is very classy in dealing and kind with the children, and frankly, all the employees are kind to the children, but our dealings were more with Mrs. Hilal 🌺

My recent stay at Hotel Clarion Golden Horn in Istanbul for three nights was nothing short of perfect—a solid 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff was beyond amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Faruk Bayraktar, who went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the beautiful Golden Horn. It provided a mesmerizing backdrop to our stay and made every moment unforgettable. Each morning, we enjoyed an exquisite breakfast with a variety of delicious options that ensured we started our days on a high note. For anyone seeking a hotel that epitomizes excellent service, pristine facilities, and a spectacular view, Hotel Clarion Golden Horn is the perfect choice. It was one of best stay ever, starting from staff who made our stay awesome and perfect especially Mr. Mahmut and Mr. Rauf they are really professional and deserve to be promoted to higher positions due to their performance, attitude and skills. They are really the best in terms of treatment, problem solving, communication and understanding. In addition to their language it is perfect Hotel overall clean, nice view, in addition to prime location nearby services, fuel station l, supermarkets, restaurants, park, etc. On behalf of my family I would like to thank hotel management to hire such an amazing and professional staff especially Mr. Mahmut and Mr. Rauf.
