La peor experiencia que nunca hemos tenido. Habitaciones muy muy sucias. Huelen muy mal. Dos días sin agua caliente. Varios días sin calefacción. Los fuegos de la cocina no funcionan. Estuvimos 9 días tenían que limpiar las habitaciones y sino lo reclamamos nosotros no habían ni toallas y ni las limpian. Lo peor es que el día de la primera limpieza por decirle algo, lo único que limpiaron fueron los cosméticos caros de mi mujer. Lo denunciamos en recepción y al tercer día el propietario nos dijo que ningún problema, nos recompensaría y aún esperamos. De lo peor que he visto nunca.

Miserable,old furniture any thing you touch will fall, no elevator, smelly,noisy bcs next land there is construction cant sleep after 7 am, got food poisoning after we order from the menu at night.

The hotel manager was exceptionally helpful and assisted us in many ways as we had never been in Turkey before. Our room was large and included a simple kitchen and dining area. There are many excellent restaurants and other facilities within walking distance. This hotel is perfect for folks who need a long-term residence more than an overnight stay.
