I basically booked, looked at the room and ran away...the boy at the reception was very kind in showing me other solutions but all the rooms were terrible with a smell mixed with mold and smoke...impossible for me to sleep there...I asked for a refund, but I doubt I will get my money back

Ich habe etwas noch nie etwas in meinem Leben bereut, wie dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben. Ich habe für 4 Nächte bezahlt und bin innerhalb 5 Minuten wieder ausgecheckt. Die bettel waren voll mit Haare und flecken. Dies war kein Einzelfall, da mir 4 andere Zimmer gezeigt wurden und in allen Betten waren Haare und flecken. Überall Bettwanzen, ich kann das einfach nicht beschreiben wie ekelhaft es war. Rückerstattung gabs natürlich nicht. 😡😡😡

Das Hotel war geschlossen und mussten an einer anderen Adresse, welche in Google nicht Aktuell war.
Das Zimmer war dreckig, völlig zerstörte Möbel, Schimmel ohne Ende, stark verfärbte Bettwäsche und kein Room Service, d.h keine frischen Handtücher, Bettwäschewechsel und es wird nicht geputzt (was vor Ankunft auch nicht geputzt war)
Klopapier, Handtücher ect. bekommt man erst nach Anfrage und hat 1 Tag gedauert. 2 kleine feuchte Handtücher für 2 Personen bekommen, kein Badetuch keine Fussmatte und es wurde klar ausgedrückt, dass die Handtücher nicht auf den Boden dürfen ( Boden dreckig und sehr rutschig)
TV und Safe hat nicht funktioniert und Minibar stand leer und nicht angeschlossen (Steckdose auch auffindbar).
Frühstück nicht nennenswert.
Die Bilder auf der Internetseite entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit!
Das Enizige positive ist die Lage.

Hello. This is a very bad (terrible) so-called hotel. Dirty mouse damp smell and poor breakfasts. Wouldn't recommend. The staff seem to respond to complaints but do nothing. The only plus is the location

The photos do not correspond to reality. Dirty hostel. The staff is lazy. The view from the windows is terrible - into the windows of another hostel. The rooms are not washed before new guests arrive, the garbage is not taken out, the bed linen is dirty and old, two guests were given one towel. The refrigerator does not work. Mice run around in the wall partitions at night. Soundproofing in the rooms is poor.
