A whole week in Istanbul and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Special mention to the big smiles and kindness of each staff member, it sure makes the difference. And then you add the great location, next to everything, the delicious breakfast with the beautiful view, the confortable bed and the cosy robes, the treats, and even the nice surprise for my birthday! I trully do recommend this hotel, go for it you won't regret it. Thanks again to the team for making our stay so lovely from day 1, hopefully we'll be back soon :)

Very stylish, small butique hotel with everything what you need. The whole staff was amazing but our special thanks goes to the “guest relation manager”! He was so helpful and friendly, he made our trip very special! His recommendations were extrordinaire! Thank you! We loved the Ruz Hotel in the heart of Istambul!

Cute hotel in great location. Design is thoughtful and modern. Breakfast on rooftop is fantastic.
Only some of the decorative book selection in the lobby is curious. Ayn Rand is an odd choice in this day and age anyway, but seeing her featured seven times made me chuckle

Great location, good service, nice to have the bar and restaurant at the roof
On the negative side it gets very noisy in the evening during weekends, and there is only one elevator for all 5 floors (hotel rooms, bar, restaurant) so one usually need to wait rather long time to get it

Great comfy boutique hotel very well located in Istanbul - only 30 mins away from the IST airport. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was super helpful. Don’t miss out the restaurant at the rooftop, the view is stunning - specially on the sunset.

Perfect location when exploring the streets. Easy to find and great airport taxi pick up and drop off. The room was spacious but cute. Enough places for storage of your case and clothing, and the bed was super comfy!!! Was only in the city for a few days, and need to come back and will be staying here again

The rooms are top tier and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and the customer service is 11/10. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Really made my stay much better. They really looked after us and very high quality

It was one of the most beautiful places I saw in Istanbul. The location is very good. Main street and the receptionist Yunus was very nice and spoke good English. I can't ask for more, he is a very friendly and hospitable man. I can't wait to come here again.

The Team of RUZ Hotel Istanbul is amazing! Such a good service for everything. High quality in Service and amazing rooms with wonderful interior. We enjoyed our stay so much. If we go to Istanbul again for sure we will stay in RUZ Hotel! Thanks a lot to the team for this amazing stay!
