The hotel is not as shown in the photos. The surroundings also do not look trustworthy. The buildings are all very dilapidated. The hotel itself has broken windows.
I did not stay there because it was not safe enough for me as a solo traveler. The hotel and also the route there.

Nightmare!!!!!! Another of KrakaRoaches All different insect Very dirty unprofessional manager& staff and owner! Very greedy and liar. BIGGEST MISTAKE Shouldn't be legal to rent it as a hotel.

Friends who see this comment, listen to my advice and don't stay here. The room was dirty and the interior was shabby. The point is that there are a lot of bugs in the bed. The hotel's attitude was tough and refused to admit it.

Scam!! We booked an hotel called Fabulous Butique Hotel and looks like it's that hotel called Erciyes hotel! That explains why the taxi driver could not find it either. They did not allow us to check in even though we had a reservation. They say that it is not possible and they do not give your money back! They don't care at all. We had to find another hotel on our own at midnight. Avoid at all costs!

Dirty place and rude owner. We arrive and he tells us that the room we booked cannot be there, after which he starts saying that we hadn't paid, after various discussions and a lot of waiting, he sends us to the room. A dirty room, 2 mattresses on top of each other and dirty, feces stuck in the toilet, broken power sockets and an indescribable stench. Don't go it's a scam.

The reservation desk was lying and not answer tha calls from ********** as they did non refundable conditioning in order to extort money from customers,
The room was terribly full of cockroaches flying everywhere even on the mattress and the wardrobe. After i asked them for starting the air conditioning they said It is paid service I should pay extra for air conditioning , unbelievable basters ,Robbers.

Nothing I liked I stayed 1 hour and I checked out it was not good that why I left and lost one night and booked in different hotel
