There is no sound insulation, when a neighbor slams the door, not only the neighbors in the room but also the floors below can be heard (((if you want to stay awake until the morning, then this is the hotel for you)

Останавливались в отеле 28.07-31.07.2024. Пришли пешком из другого отеля в 3 ночи из-за несоответствия на Booking. Управляющий Икрам предоставил отличный просторный номер. В номере чистота, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Завтраки отличные. Даже попробовали турецкие блюда национальной кухни. Пешком до достопримечательностей 3 минуты. Весь персонал очень дружелюбен и готов сразу решить любые вопросы. Рада, что нашла отель в Стамбуле, в который хочется возвращаться. Однозначно рекомендую.

Hôtel très bien situé , à côté de la mosquée bleue , Sainte Sophie , palais Topkapi et citerne basilique , restaurants et commerces à côté aussi , la ligne tram 1 à 300m. Grand bazar à 25 minutes de marche, si non 15 minutes en tram. Chambre confortable et propre , côté cour , du coup pas de bruit , service nickel , chambre faite tous les jours avec réassort de produits salle de bain , dosettes café et thé , bouteille d’eau , serviette …petit dej correcte , variétés de salés et sucrés, il manquait juste le choix en fruits , il n y avait que des pommes , et les jus (orange, grenade) à revoir , des vrais jus auraient été bien …. Très belle vue sur le Bosphore de la toit terrasse de l’hôtel . Je recommanderai cet hôtel à un ami car pratique , propre et fonctionnel .

Останавливались в отеле в мае 2024. Самые положительные и приятные впечатления. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, все русскоговорящие, помогали во всех вопросах. Вкусные и сытные завтраки - различные сыры, овощи, колбаса, мюсли, вкусная выпечка, 6 сортов варенья, соки, на горячее - омлеты, каши, супы. Легко оставались сытыми до 16-17 часов. Очень чисто и с заботой о клиентах. Номера убирались каждый день. В номере всегда 1,5 бутылка воды, чай, кофе, молоко, чайник. С террасы открывается красивый вид на Босфор. Все фото соответствуют реальности. И суперудобное расположение отеля!!!

The worst hotel & the worst staff ever. They cancelled my booking of 4 days without telling me & then had the audacity to still charge me for the night. Don’t book this hotel. They don’t care about the people or customer service, they will rob you blind. Be mindful before booking.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the blue mosque, hagia Sofia mosque and the grand bazar is a 15 minute walk. The street is buzzing at night with restaurants, bars and shisha galore :-) The staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and the mattress is firm very very nice hotel. If you don’t like noise until 2/3am ask for the room facing away from the front of the hotel. We given 5 stars because they truly deserve this rating. We will be returning for sure.
