This is the second time we have booked this hotel. Not a bad location, the metro has recently opened. Quiet area surrounded by many shops. Internet works great. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom suffers greatly. This time it was clear that the doors and walls were being painted, but the cleaning left much to be desired. Although the bed sheets and towels are always clean and pleasant to use.

The person at the front desk would not let me check in until nearly 5:pm. And 24hoyrs after arriving in the room i became very sick. I was not able to attend any of my planned activities. And the room had dirty wet towels in the restroom. And most of the common surfaces did not seem to be cleaned much at all

The staff, one of them didn't speak a word of English, the second one (the next day) spoke English and was very polite, the place was hard to find but clean and comfortable.

Lousy facilities. The rooms smell of urine and are in poor condition. Poor service and very noisy between the apartments. Surprised that the hotel has some stars. By far the worst hotel I have visited in the last 11 years.
