The reception experience is good. The hotel staff has a fun and humorous attitude. They proactively ask guests about their needs. They feel at home. The hotel is clean and well-managed. The location is close to the street and is convenient to various attractions.

The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming and will take the initiative to help with luggage. The area is really small. It is on the main street of the old city and is within 3 minutes of the subway station and tram station. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not included. We booked a family room during the National Day. It is a double bed + single bed, the cost is 900/day/room, 300/day per person. Since it faces the street directly, you can hear the sound of the tram and church prayers. Friends who mind it need to prepare earplugs, but it is basically not noisy from 0 to 7 o'clock. It is basically within a 10-minute walk from various scenic spots and piers. I chose this hotel mainly because it will be renovated in 2023. The hardware is relatively complete and there are no problems such as leaking water in the shower. The specific room area, bed linen quality and street view outside the window are as follows.

Thanks to the friendly manager, I was able to change rooms and rest comfortably. He always approached me in a friendly way, telling me where I was going and how my day was. I will return after being touched by the friendly service :) -Guests staying in room 401-

The hotel has a great location in Istanbul. There are many good restaurants nearby and the neighboring towns are also very easy to reach thanks to the tram stop close by. The staff are extremely courteous and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The room is big, the front desk is very friendly, the transportation is very convenient, the front desk guy also gave us a small wallet when we left. If I have the chance to come to Turkey, I will choose this hotel again

I spent 5 days in Istanbul, the tree is in an excellent position, you can get around the entire most historic part easily on foot; the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always available and very kind in helping and giving advice. Special thanks to Lion who always advised us perfectly.
