İyi ki varsiniz gulen yuzunuz hic solmasin. Kesinlikle gönül rahatligi ile tercih edilebilir . Guzel gunlerde bulusmak dilegiyle ☺️☺️

Although I only stayed for 2 days, the overall stay experience was very good. The hotel is not big, but it has a gym. Although it is small, there are basically no people. The room is very hygienic and clean. It is convenient to call a taxi. The security is strict and all luggage must go through the machine inspection. The overall stay experience is good. I will try it if I have the chance. Will stay again!

in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. I found a chance in Istanbul, where I went for work at the weekend, I had the opportunity to stay one night. I had no new and clean, hygiene problems, the workers were very laughing and interested. The breakfast was enough and varied.It doesn't seem very uncommon in the hours on the street where the hotel is, but I did not experience a problem.It's clear that I have a recommendation to those who come with his car; the closed floor parking of the municipality on the street just before the hotel arrives. You can leave your vehicle with comfort in your presence, the streets around the hotel are very narrow and parks are difficult to find. If you are a gentleman of sleep like me, it is useful to choose the next streets when you choose your room. You can be very disturbed by the sounds that came over the night. Free Wi-Fi wasn't bad he saw my job.

Kind, amazing staff from reception to the restaurant and the spa. I can recommend it 100%. You can come and ask them anything, they will solve it/help you in a second. Food, facilities, bar, view. Just a great, welcoming place! Thank you very much!

This will be my last night of my stay and thought I’d fill this in now. My room was ok basic but ok. The air con was broke and was pumping out warm air. On the 5th day my Apple air pods went missing. I only noticed at bed time when I use them. The night staff didn’t really care. Spoke to someone in the morning who decided to search my room. I’d done this the night before and what I found was disgusting. Under the bed was full of dust, a dirty sock and used tissues. Removing the bed sheet and seeing the mattress topper was disgusting 3 big stains 1 I’m convinced was urine. The manager obviously brushed this off saying it couldn’t be! but the stains position on the bed was not good. They decided to move me to a room 4 floors further up and into a smaller room. No mention about my air pods they don’t seem to care. I wouldn’t stay here again!
