We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!
I brought a group of children with me. Fortunately, there is a restaurant street and two shopping malls across the street from the hotel. I ate different food every day for ten days. Turkey is indeed a food capital. The front desk was very helpful and helped me solve countless problems. My schoolbag was taken by another guest in the lobby. I checked the surveillance camera in the middle of the night and exchanged it. The hotel breakfast was very rich, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Since our group had a concentrated meal time, we went out immediately after eating. I told the chef about this situation. The chef started to prepare breakfast early the next day to ensure that the children had enough food during the peak meal time. This is not easy in Europe, because breakfast is usually eaten slowly, and it is a test of the efficiency of the kitchen. During my stay, I raised about dozens of requests, and they all helped me solve them, so I no longer disliked his hotel lobby for being unimpressive. Thank you very much to the Marriott Group and Delta Hotel Service Team. It is the highest quality service I have ever seen.

in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. Excellent hotel, excellent service , superb food and Feyyaz was an amazing person. He is a very good representative of the hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean and the meeting rooms excellent for us and our clients. Additionally the business lunch was excellent.
In short stays I will take care of the cleaning of the room, bed, sofa.. I think there was no problem... A warm welcome with a rose face and our car was parked over.. The only area where the hotel is missing.. But nightly 1.000 TL in Istanbul you can't find another hotel of this quality..
Had a good sized room with three twin beds, desk and chair and a bench for luggage. Good lighting, vinyl wood floors and a comfortable but very firm mattress. Marble bathroom with a bidet and large walk-in shower with rain head and hand held spray. Glad I packed a safety mat for the shower. No grab bars or floor grips to prevent slipping. Very clean! Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty with scrambled eggs and other hot dishes, meats, cheese and breads, raw veggies and roasted veggies, cake, baklava, dried fruits and cereal. The front desk was helpful with getting our room safe set up and calling cabs for us. Comfortable little hotel at a reasonable price with breakfast included. We would definitely stay here again if in Istanbul.

GGuest UserThis hotel is centrally located within the Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel is clean and tidy. The five star rating is for the customer service received from the General Manager Ferhat Ozdemir and Mr Murat. Thanking them for their personalised service as they made our stay a very pleasurable one. Both these managers were very helpful and obliging. We are vegetarian and the hotel chefs ensured a good spread of salads and pastries were laid out for breakfast. For the service we got at this hotel. We would come again.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Last weekend, due to snow, I checked out quickly, at practically no notice, 2 days earlier than booked and prepaid. They refunded me 2 nights on my credit card, which I have to say, is very nice and totally unexpected. I am using this hotel for my monthly trips to Istanbul, and can highly recommend it. Value for money, good location, metro is closed by. I stayed in room 403 this time, spacious, tea and coffee making facilities. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff.
