Hotels in Levent - Maslak, Istanbul

Room service is available, and 6 bottles of water are provided every day. The current price of breakfast is 800 liras, but basically the food is the same every day. It is recommended to choose a package with breakfast when staying in autumn and winter, because this period is the rainy season in Istanbul, and there will be strong winds and heavy rains comparable to typhoon days from time to time. There are 3 large shopping malls nearby, which is super convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is only a 1-minute walk from Levent Metro Station. It is very convenient to go to Bebek or Taksim.

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

We stayed one night with the child. We were very pleased to see people who are of high quality, concerned and provide instant solutions in every part of the service. Thank you.

The room is very comfortable, the service at the front desk is very warm, help to get a taxi, help to introduce public transportation, the hotel has a lot of breakfast, the restaurant service is friendly, the overall English level of the front desk is very high, there is no obstacle to communication, the hotel is close to the elevated, if you have requirements for the surrounding environment, you can Tune to the other side of the hotel away from the elevated side. Overall, I am very satisfied, in line with the level of this level of hotel.

With respect to the administrative activities, the reception, the friends who contributed their labor and time to this project as a qualified contribution, and the boss who chose the island p****y right above the meridian for investment, I accept that you have had a great impact on the deviation of European envy. My reaction to encountering self-conscious ladies in the elevator was too chauvinistic. I apologize to the lady manager. I remember every employee I came across with their name tags like a nail; My comments will continue with each stay as the previous one 🧐

Yalcın’s smile and friendliness at the reception were great. The hotel is spotless and the food is delicious. The cleaning staff are also very polite

Room was clean and spacious enough. Most of the things were like brand new. I had problems with TV and remote though. Staff were so kind and helpful. Also hotel is in the district center so you can find almost anything you need around.
