one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

We were 3 days in this hotel.. The location was super (very central) as well as the staff.. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was very delicious .. we will certainly visit it again at our next visit to Istanbul ..

Stayed for 9 nights in November. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to book taxis and give directions to wherever you want to go! Room cleaned/bedding changed every other day. The road is quite noisy if you stay at the front of the hotel, this was made worse as we had to keep the window open - no air conditioning as it’s classed as winter in Turkey now so it was switched off! Breakfast was good for the couple of pounds it cost, plenty of good restaurants around, the closest one being on the next corner! Shops/chemist/supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away, around £15 in a taxi from the International Airport. Would I stay again? Yes, but only if the air conditioning’s switched on 😀

Hotel with good location, not far away from my business partner, so it is easy for me to arrange schedule. Hotel room is comfortable and good sight view, buffet breakfast also good.

The centre is a clean, shiny hotel with new equipment. There are fine details to the dressing set and hair bone, a hotel you will comfort as well as your home. More importantly, the staff working are rhineful, good intentions and honest. We forgot our loading device when we found ourselves to leave the hotel, we said Izmir and midnight. When we called, they immediately looked after and sent our loading device to our house the next day. You can stay with comfort. V. Nurülke-İzmir

My wife and I came to Istanbul to have some cosmetic procedures done and this hotel was initially selected due to the short distance from our clinic. The hotel is located in a fairly busy area of the city during the daytime, however, nights were quiet without disturbing noise. The room felt smallish, however, with a stylish and very modern design and offered all expected amenities. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel not only because of the quality of accommodation but mainly because of the exceptional service hotel's staff provided to us as bedridden guests with many highly unusual requests.

The welcome in my hotel was very laughing and beautiful. On Google Maps only, the location of the hotel is not up-to-date, it makes it difficult to find a place that can be found very easily ... The room is very modern and comfortable. I had to study because I had to get the training I needed for my job and it was very easy to find the table in the room to the table lamp. The things were very comfortable and modern because it was a new hotel. The small needs (both cotton, earwash) in every hotel are not in the room, it was stated when it was requested but I didn't need it because I brought it myself but I expected it to be a little more generous about it: ) I didn't find the breakfast very different, especially if you stay long, you can get tired after a while, but staff are laughing and respectful ... I think it's the best hotel to stay in the neighborhood where I find it because they offer me a comfortable business trip Thank you.

I arrived at this hotel late at night.I arrived at the new Istanbul Airport and needed a ride, so they offered to give me a ride for a certain amount of Euros ( I cant remember the exact price). They picked me up from the airport in a really decked out VIP Van—I could select my own music via YouTube and have a party in the back of the van by myself. The van was spectacular, worth every Euro, I think I paid around 50 Euros for the pickup from the airport. The van got me to the hotel safely,sometime after 10:30pm because I arrived at the airport late. I checked in at the hotel (there is a true check-in counter). I was given the wi-fi password and shown the elevator and my room. I was in Room 201 , which was really tiny, compared to what I am used to. I am sure the hotel has different sized rooms- you can probably select the type of room you want. Everyone has different expectations about what they expect from hotel rooms. My room was really small, but at least now I know. You get what you pay for. In my room, there was a bed, a TV, and then there was the bathroom with a stand up shower. There is also air conditioning. My room faced the street, which I enjoyed. You are given a real key, I was in room 201. You know what is so funny?the key is on a clear plastic square chain, so sometimes it is hard to find the key when you are in your room because it is on a transparent key chain 😊 😊 The room was quiet, I never heard much noise from the street. This hotel is literally in the middle of a city center, which I think is great. When you stay here you do not need a car.You can walk to the money exchange center, you can walk to different kebab places, you can eat seafood on the street, you can walk to the metro and bus stations, etc etc. It is a very central location, to be honest. When I arrived I was very hungry and it was late. But I walked out on the main street, walked 2 minutes, found an open restaurant and ate, by myself. I did not feel scared. I felt 100% safe. When I needed to go into Istanbul to see all the attractions like the Hagia Sophia mosque, Galata tower, and Katakoy and more, the front desk receptionist gave me EXACT directions for how to catch the train and the tram. I am horrible with using public transportation, plus I was by myself, but this guy’s instructions were SO GOOD, I did not get lost ( remember, when you are walking to the Metro station, go up the stairs, and then make a left to get on the TRAIN..do not make a right and go down that ramp). After I went out and enjoyed the day, I returned to the hotel area and walked around the area, down many streets, for about an hour, by myself, and felt completely safe. The sun did not go down until like 9:30 pm, so even at 9pm, the sun is still up and there is still daylight. When it was time to leave the hotel, the hotel arranged a taxicab for me. The airport is about 30-40 minutes away from the hotel.I paid the cab driver 400 Liras. If I stay at this hotel again, perhaps I wil
