The hotel itself is very new and clean, but it's worth noting that the on-site restaurants are not particularly impressive. For a more satisfying dining experience, you may want to consider dining outside the hotel or ordering food from nearby restaurants. The location is decent but does require access to a car or taxi. The customer relations team is generally kind and accommodating, although there are occasional lapses where they may overlook or forget your requests.

Room service is available, and 6 bottles of water are provided every day. The current price of breakfast is 800 liras, but basically the food is the same every day. It is recommended to choose a package with breakfast when staying in autumn and winter, because this period is the rainy season in Istanbul, and there will be strong winds and heavy rains comparable to typhoon days from time to time. There are 3 large shopping malls nearby, which is super convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is only a 1-minute walk from Levent Metro Station. It is very convenient to go to Bebek or Taksim.

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

The room is comfortable and has a good view. The most important thing is that Marriott's breakfast is very rich and much better than other hotels of the same level. The main dishes are changed every day, which is very satisfying. And there is Starbucks in the hotel lobby, which is also great👍

Most of the front desk had done marvelous helpful and friendly services. First, they gave us a room where facing the main busy noisy road, then we requested them to change ro the quite one, and they did a great job. Location is a very convenient from taksim Square and business center area. Meals for breakfast & dinner are variety and good. Without doubt, I definitely recommend this hotel for your holidays 👌

Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is a truly fabulous hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this establishment. The rooms are impressively spacious and very new, having been in operation for just a few months. Everything in the room was in perfect order, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness. The service at Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is exceptional. The staff are attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is generally good, though it could benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes. The location of the hotel is another significant advantage. Situated close to a Carrefour, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes, it provides convenient access to amenities and dining choices. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, which is a considerable benefit for those traveling by car. The apartment-like rooms are particularly well-suited for long stays, equipped with everything needed to make guests feel at home. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of dishwasher tablets and laundry powder alongside the dishwasher and washing machine. These small details demonstrate a commitment to guest comfort and convenience. It will be interesting to see how this hotel maintains its standards as it ages, but as of now, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana offers outstanding value for money. Whether you are staying for a short visit or an extended period, this hotel is an excellent choice that combines luxury, convenience, and top-notch service.

A hotel located 5 minutes walk from Ortakoy Port. All staff members are very friendly and did not spare smiles and friendly support throughout my stay. In particular, the hotel breakfast was excellent with the ocean view and good lighting, and all staff members were friendly, so I was able to enjoy a perfect breakfast.

Good quiet area , with quite a few shops around .Cheap taxis £5 to Grand bazaar. Not too far from a mall . The room was very clean , got cleaned every day, water and coffee /tea provided . Very professional and polite staff . Good value for money.

Good value for money, convenient transportation, a cafe downstairs, average breakfast, good front desk service, friendly and enthusiastic. The only problem is that the hotel is on the street and the noise from motor vehicles is loud, so people with poor sleep should be careful not to stay here
